"Well aren't you sweet. Doing something outside of class. How precious." He reached over and pinched Neville's cheek. "I'd offer to help, but I don't want to mess anything up. So I'll just sit and watch." He laughed

Neville scrunched up his face when Dean pinched his cheek. It did hurt a little bit after all. "Well thanks for your support." He says with a girk. He turned back to the plant and began picking at it again. Putting some pieces in one container and the other pieces in the other.

"So. I'm bored. We need to use one of our new pranks soon. Liven this place up a bit. What do you think?" He picked absentmindedly at his finger nails.

Neville looked up at Dean as he started talking again and nodded. "Yeah! Definitely. Have you talked to Seamus about them? Which ones did he like?" he asked.

"Yeah. I showed him the book. He liked a bunch of them. I think we use one of the smaller ones to start. Make sure they're legit. How does that sound?"

Neville nodded. "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. I'm sure they are. I mean...that book you got looks legit." He says nodding.

[So Random question....is there a way to make yourself throw up other than sticking your finger down your throat?]

"Okay. We'll have to look through it again back in the dorm. Then we can figure something out." He nodded and smiled.

[Uhhh..well I know there are medicines that can do that. I would sometimes jump around if I felt sick, that would sometimes work..]

Neville nodded. "Yeah...I'm sure there are lot's of basic ones we can do......You know? Ease our way into the more difficult ones."

Dean nodded. "Yeah! Then we need to figure out if we want to target someone specifically or just a random person."


[Glee is on in 6 mins. I'm getting off now so I can situate myself directly in front of the t.v...be back when it's done. Love you!]

Neville thought for a moment. "Yeah, that could depend on what the prank is. I mean...something little we could easily do on a random person, but something more difficult or something that takes more time we should specify a person." He says nodding.

[Okie Dokie. ]

"You're right. We'll save the hard ones for the assholes in this school. We should have a dorm party sometime soon too. I haven't talked to Harry or Ron since we've been back, but I'm sure they'd probably be cool with it." He grinned.

He got a little nervous when he started talking about a dorm party. He didn't like parties very much, parties at Hogwarts usually had alcohol and he didn't like alcohol very much. Nope. He does not like it. "Oh, a dorm party? Eh? Like...a party where we all talk and play games and drink juice?"

Dean stared. "Well. Games yes, but I was thinking of something a little stronger than juice." He girked. "You don't have to drink, mate. It's just a bonding experience for the coolest dorm in Grffyindor. No pressure." He says that now, but will totally pressure him once the time comes.

Neville nodded. "Good. because I don't like drinking. I don't see why people find it fun." He said shaking his head. "What could possibly be fun about losing control of your body. Nothing."

"It's about letting loose, getting rid of your inhibitions. Having fun! You're right though, you don't really need it, it just tends to make things more...interesting." He nodded slowly.

Neville shook his head. "No...No no no. That kind of interesting is not fun." He said, still shaking his head. "Nope. That kind of interesting always turns out badly."

*totally DIDN'T JUST POST FAIL*

"C'mon! It'll be a bunch of dudes! What's the worst that can happen?" He stared.

Neville shook his head. "Nu-uh. No.....I don't want to do this again." He said shaking his head because I am assuming they did this sometime back in their like...4th year. "Remember last time we had a dorm party where I drank?!?!" Then if this was like a movie it would flashback to the time Neville streaked across hogwarts. MMHMM.

Dean burst out laughing. "I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THAT!" He fell off his stool and was rolling on the ground laughing. He finally sat back up, wiping the the tears from his eyes. "Don't forget I wasn't too far behind you. It's nothing to be ashamed of! It's usually the next morning that sucks, unless you have a sober up quill handy.." Dean chuckled once more as the image played through is head again.

Neville looked away and continued his work on his plants as Dean rolled around on the floor. "It's not funny Dean!" he said and put his hands on his hips. "It was embarrassing!"

"Lighten up! Not that many people saw." That was totally a lie, practically the whole castle saw. He backed up a few steps for safe measure, he didn't need a poisonous plant thrown at his face.

"The whole entire school saw Dean!" And this is where I wish Dean wasn't Dean's full name and that it was short for Deanith or something so Neville could use his full name. He pointed his finger at Dean and waggled it at him. "You, Mr. Can drink all you want. But never will I ever drink again." Even though Dean would probably end up convincing Neville to drink at this party.
