The Greenhouses

Caradoc snorted with laughter and shrugged. "If you so insist, though I must tell you, my nose is quite offended by being considered feminine. It feels like the outcast body part now, given my masculinity. It's okay, Cara, I'm sure Fabian loves you plenty, despite your femininity," he said to his nose, patting it as he tried to contain his laughter.

Fabian giggled and bopped Caradoc on the tip of the nose, mimicking his action from earlier. "Well naturally. I do believe I called it--him? Her? Him, I think, seeing as it's connected to the rest of you--called him an excellent feature. And I don't just hand out compliments like coupons." He winked.

"Well, Cara the male nose and I are most certainly flattered then, Fabian, but I'm afraid we must be going. So I'll see you around, okay? I'd stay and talk, but I just realized the time, I've said I'd hang out with a friend of mine in-- wait, what time is it? OH SHIT! I said I'd be there five minutes ago," he said, facepalming. "Well, as nice as it's been discussing the attractiveness of noses and their genders, I've gotta get outta here. Bye, gorgeous!" he exclaimed, pulling Fabian into a rather brief hug, then speeding off to the castle.

Fabian waved, a bit shyly, and murmered a goodbye. His mind was a bit clouded with thoughts of Caradoc and being complimented and that funny feeling sitting in his stomach and just how straight he was. He ran his fingers through his hair with a sigh and walked back to the castle, thinking that the best course of action might just be to sit back and do nothing.

Inner!Molly wants to give her brother a big hug now.

Fabian has no problem with this.

Neville is here, messing with a plant because that is what Neville does in his free time.

Dean hasn't seen Neville in a really long time. Of course the first place he would look would be in the Greenhouses. As expected, he spotted Neville playing with a plant. "Hey Neville! Where have you been? I've missed you mate." He give Neville a bro hug.

Neville looked up and grinned when he saw Dean walk in. "Hey Dean!" He said with a grin. "I've been...well...here." He said, looking around and bro hugging his best friend. "What's new?" He asked with a grin.

Dean thought for a moment. "Nothing at all actually. Pretty sad. How about you?" he found a stool and sat down.

He shrugged. "Same. Just been spending a lot of time with Hannah and in the greenhouses." He said and smiled. "Pretty boring, really."

Dean nudged Neville. "Spending time with Hannah, eh? How's that going, eh? Eh? Eh? What's going with that, eh? Eh?"

Then Neville went from the first picture, to the last picture in a matter of 5 seconds.


He looked away, trying to hide the fact that he was totally in love with Hannah from Dean and shrugged. "It's err-- It's going good." He spat out awkwardly.

*dies and saves* I LOVE THAT!!!!

Dean didn't miss the extreme blushing. "Oh, this is good! Are you two dating yet?" He smiles and hopes the tables don't get turned on him.

Neville blinked at him and shook his head fast. "No....no no no...We're just friends." He says and nods. "Mhmm. Just. Friends."

"Aw, I'm sorry mate. You like her don't you? She doesn't return these feelings, right?" Dean knew this story all to well.

Neville put on his best fake, shocked face, and he kind of failed at it too. "Pshaaa! No!" He said shaking his head. "She is like my best girl friend, why would you think I liked her?" He said, lies, lies, lies.

Soo, I may go poof soonish. But idk....I just...I feel kinda sick so I may run off and throw up or...die. Idk. But yeah just giving you a heads up.

NOOOO DYING!!! -makes yummy soup and cuddles- I may poof too. It looks like it may rain again and I need to take pup for a walk.

Dean doesn't buy it for one second. He stares at Neville, unblinking. "C'mon. You can't lie to me. Look at you blush! It says it all." Dean is immensely glad he can't blush. "Spill." He continued to stare.

-pushes soup to the side because if I eat it I WILL throw up- Well, it's the thought that counts...right?

Neville stares at Dean for a few moments and bites his lip. No. He will not let himself talk. No he won't. Nuh-uh. He looks back at his plant because he can't stand that stare Dean is giving him right now. "I have no idea what you are talking about."

Dean sighs, he wasn't going to push Neville. He shrugged. "Well, if you're sure...Anyway, what kind of plant is that?" Dean figured a more comfortable subject was needed at a moment like this.

Neville looked from the plant to Dean and grinned. "Oh, this? This is Aconite!" He says and grins because he totally thinks Dean knows what that is.

"Isn't that poisonous? Are you sure you should be handling that?" Dean leaned away from the plant a little.

Neville raised his hands to show Dean that he had some gloves on. "It's fine if you have gloves on." He says nodding. "You just have to be careful and know what you are doing."

"Well, I leave that to you then. So, what are you doing with it?" He smiled, seeing how the subject change relaxed Neville more.

He gave Dean a small smile. "Well, Professor Slughorn needs some for Potions but he can't just use the full thing. So we need to break it up and give him the parts he can use. So Professor Sprout asked me if I could do that for her."
