Hospital Wing

Reg looked at him, completely bewildered. "But- you just got here- I wanted to tell you something," he said, but Cormac was already gone, and he buried his face in his hands. "Fuck. He did mean it," he mumbled to himself, his fears confirmed by looking at Cormac's face as he turned away. He forgot Dee was here.

"Soooo..." Dee looks up awkwardly. "What was that all about?"

Regulus snaps out of it and looks at Dee, unsure what to say. "Uh- stuff?" he said awkwardly.

OMG. THE AWKWARD DEE/REGULUS IS BACK.

FUCKKKKKKK. I THOUGHT THAT WAS OVER BEFORE.

"Right, stuff. I'm sure." She examines her cuticles, because this is so fucking awkward. "What did he mean?" she asked, meaning to pry.

"It's none of your business. That's between me and Cormac, and nobody else," he said, not wanting to embarrass his friend. "Why are you here?"

"Fine. It doesn't matter," she said, shrugging it off. "Um... got hit with a bludger at practice, and broke my arm. Why are you here?" She glanced at him suspiciously.

Regulus sighed, and looked away. He decided it didn't matter- Dee knew enough anyway. "I overdosed last night," he said quietly, not meeting her eyes. "Viktor and Sirius found me."

Dee sighed. She had told him. She had. But that didn't matter now. "You... you okay?" She didn't know what else to say.

Regulus stared at the ground. "Yeah. I'm fine now," he said, not sure what to say. "Just- withdrawal," he muttered. He's been trying to hide it, but he's suffering immensely- it's easier to hide the cocaine withdrawal, as it's mostly psychological. But the cold sweats and shivering come back in flashes, and he tries not to think about the heroin.

"Hmm," she looks away, feeling incredibly awkward. She didn't want to cause any more turmoil. "Nice bear you have there," was all she could think of.

Regulus smiled a little. "A lovely gift from Fabian the Fabulous. Have you had the honor of meeting him yet? I believe he left a few hours ago to paint Cedric Diggory's nails hot pink. That man is brave," he said with a chuckle.

Dee laughs, fidgeting with the blanket next to her. "Yeah, I met him the other day, and he's pretty damn fabulous, I will agree. He taught me how to dance."

Regulus grinned, though he was wondering immensely why Dee was even speaking to him- she hated him. "The bear is nowhere near as epic as this card, though," he said with a laugh and handing it over.

Dee reads the card, slightly confused, but giggling madly the whole time. "Fay Fay is amazing." Dee also wonders why she is speaking to him. ONLY CALLIE KNOWS. It's 'cause I'm bored.

Regulus smiles as well, but looks at her confused. "Why are you even talking to me, Dee? You hate me."

"Erm... well, you're here, and I'm here." She looks at him. "I have utterly no idea..."

Regulus shrugged. "I guess it doesn't matter. How are you? Better than I am, obviously," he said with a small smile.

"Yeah, I'd agree with that statement. Though I haven't had the best month," she replies sadly.

"Why? What's happened? Other than the whole pregnancy thing.."

Dee eventually leaves because Eowyn gave me permission for this to happen. Viktor walks back into the hospital wing and is relieved that everyone finally left. Viktor sits down next to a sleeping Regulus and takes his hand again because he's missed Reg's touch.

Fabian descends from a carefully constructed rope attached to the ceiling, glaring at Viktor. "Viktor Krum," he says accusingly and pointedly, but quietly enough to not wake Reg up. "What are you doing up at this hour?"

Viktor opens his mouth to question but remembers that this is Fabian and that he should not be surprised by his grand entrance. He is however surprised that there was no dance number. "Just sitting. I'd rather not sleep...In case he vakes up and needs something."

Fabian looks irritated by this and squirts Viktor with a spray bottle of water. A pink one, too. "Bad Viktor," he reprimands, still hanging from the ceiling. "You need sleep. Seriously. Bags under your eyes are NOT attractive."

Viktor realizes that he is tired considering he didn't get any sleep last night due to specific, epic events. "I'm fine Fabian. Honestly," he lies because he really does not want to leave Reg's side even though it would be a whole five feet away.

Fabian lowers himself to the floor, looking at Viktor with a stony expression. He doesn't stop looking at Viktor as he moves Regulus's bedside table out of the way to push a spare hospital bed next to it so the two are directly next to each other. "There," he says plainly. "You, my friend, are sleeping if I have to drag you over here myself. And you KNOW how scrawny I am."
