The Kitchens

"Not the whole time. Just now and then," she answers smiling. She sets the spoon down next to the pot and leans against the counter, still smiling. "So, tell me about yourself."

"Well, my favorite color is yellow and my favorite foods are plimpie soup and cauldron cakes. I read the Quibbler all the time, because I like to compare things that my Grandfather wrote about to it. A lot of people, like in Ravenclaw, think it's odd that I like the Quibbler, but they don't understand what they are missing. I'm usually pretty quiet," he admits, "unless I meet the right person who makes me feel comfortable about myself." He moves to the counter and jumps up on to it. "Now what about you?" he asks smiling.

"You don't seem very quiet to me," she grins and hops up ontje counter next to him. "Lets see. My favorite color is periwinkle. I like eating plimpie soup and chocolate cake. My favorite classes are charms and care of magical creatures. I also like making cork necklaces," she adds as she pulls the cork necklace out from under her shirt to show Rolf.

"I like Care of Magical Creatures too," he grins then looks down at her necklace. "You made this? It's really nice," he says admiring it. Did it take a while to make?"

"It didn't take too long. My dad taught me how to make it because they keep away the nargles."

"Oh yeah," he says smiling in understanding. "I remember reading an article about that. It was a while ago though, wasn't it? It works well though?"

She smiles, glad to have someone who understands nargles without her having to
explain. "It does. I haven't had anything stolen by them yet."

"Really? That's great," he smiles. "Maybe I should make one then. I tend to have stuff stolen all the time, and because I'm not a hufflepuff, I have difficulty in finding it."


[Luna, I have to leave in about twenty minutes...so if I don't respond, it's because I left. I'll be back in about two hours though]

"I could make one for you if you'd like, or I could teach you how to make your own." She smiles sweetly.


[Ok, I can't get on my iPod in my next class anyway so I won't be on either ]

"Either option would be great," he smiles. "I'd love to spend more time with you, as long as your boyfriend doesn't mind," he says hesitantly.

"I'm sure he won't," she answers as she notices the note for the first time. She quickly t
reads it over before looking up at Rolf. "I'm seeing him later. I could talk to him about it but I'm pretty sure he'll be fine with it." She smiles and looks over at the pot. "I think t
the soup is done!" She hops off the counter and takes a spoonful of soup. "You first," she says as she holds the spoon up to Rolf's mouth.


[I will not say open up for the train...I will not]

"Alright, that works for me." He then smiles as she holds the spoon out, and puts his mouth around it. "Mmm, this is really good!" he grins. "To be honest, this is loads better then how my father used to make it."

Luna glows at the compliment. "Thanks. I've been trying to perfect it since I was little." She grins. "I'm glad you like it."

"I do. It's not too complicated to make either, so hopefully I'll be able to make it again. Why don't you go sit, I can serve us." He moves to a cabinet and grabs two bowls and two spoon, then goes back to the pot and fills the bowls with a hearty amount. Going to the table, he places the bowl down in front of Luna, then takes the seat next to her.

Luna smiles as Rolf serves her the soup. She takes a small sip and grins. "This is good. We make a pretty good team. Rolf and Luna, plimpie soup makers." She giggles, "Maybe we'll open a restaraunt one of these days," she says jokingly.

"We do make a good team," he smiles then eats a spoonful of soup. "I don't know about a restaurant though. I'd be too tempted to get in food fights with you. I let you win this time, but next time, you won't be so lucky."

Luna smirked. "We'll see about that. I won't let you catch me by surprise next time. I'll be more prepared."

"Oh really," he says grinning. "Just know, that eggs, whipped cream, and eggs won't be the only thing thrown. It probably become the biggest food fight the kitchen has ever seen, and I'm going to win."

"You're adorable sitting there thinking you have a chance at winning," she giggled. "You're on. I guess I'll have to prove my food fighting skills to you again." She grinned.

[-thinks Luna should go back to Ravenclaw where she belongs-]

"I'm adorable?" he scoffs. "I wish you could see yourself." He realizes what he says, and quickly says something else. "You can try to prove yourself, but I'll have you know that I will definitely be winning round two."

[-is half tempted to switch back- WAIT! WHY TEDDY? You don't want me in your house? -cries-]

Luna blushes at the comment. "I don't think so but you can try," she says with a small smirk.
