The Owlery

*turns back to Remus*

So... what do you want to do? Are you sure you're better? That's a nasty cough...

He sighs. "I really am feeling better than I was...it's just this cough I can't shake. I don't want to skip out on the Hogsmeade trip since we were looking forward to it so much..."

*looks uncertain*

Ok... but if you start to feel sick again, you'll tell me, right?

*takes his hand and heads out*

-runs in with wide eyes staring at the owls-
EGG!?

Dom enters the Owlery, finds a school owl, and ties a letter to its leg. She then watches as it makes its way to the window and then flies out. She continues watching as the owl becomes a mere speck in sky.

Fleur enters the owlery and peeks around for clues. She doesn't see anyone, except Dom. She waved, feeling slightly awkward.

[Creeps]

Dom glances when she hears someone enter the Owlery. Seeing Fleur and the slight wave, she gives a small smile before turning back to the window and staring out at the grounds.

[Sirius, I just saw your "Has Kissed" list. You filthy dog. ]

[Sirius, Katie is in the Common room in Olivers oversized Quidditch shirt, You can either; Beat her up about Oliver and warn her. Or give acceptance. I want you to Warn her and go off on one.... tehhe]

[KATES! HIDE AND SEEK?]

[Sirius is also in the common room, but he's emo sirius right now...blame Hermione and Fleur =P]

[*misses fun Sirius*]

[Me too, emo Sirius is boring...he'll be fun Sirius in a little while]

[will he forgive me in exchange for chocolate? or doing one of his essays?]

[Ack, sorry. I fell asleep and took a nap.]

Fleur walked over to one of the owls and stroked its feathers before looking back at Dom, "I 'ave sometheeng to tell you."

[Haha, all good. I had family time/dinner anyway =)]

"Oh?" Dom asked curiously, pulling her gaze away from the window to look at Fleur.

[I feel bad, my post was lame. I woke up due to an earthquake. Thanks, fault line for waking me up! He (Can faults have genders?) deserves an award.]

Fleur pulled her hands away from the owl and one tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear. She bit her lip, "Well, after our conversation down by ze lake, I saw Sirius. And we argued a bit, of course, and I said sometheengs about sometheeng I shouldn't 'ave brought up. 'E seemed upset and I tried to console 'im. Ze theeng zat I am trying to say is zat, Sirius and I are going to try and be friends," She sighed and took a deep breath and continued, "Last night we 'ung out in ze common room and just played around. 'E carried me out to ze lake and nearly dropped me in it, before carrying me under. I just thought I should tell you zat we 'ave been 'anging out and becoming friends because I was too 'ard on you zat day by ze lake. I should 'ave been 'appy zat Sirius was moving on, but I guess I'm not and zat wasn't being a proper friend to you at all. I should put your 'appiness before mine. For zat, I am sorry..."

[Oh god, that sucks! I think I would die if I experience an earthquake... I'm somewhat of a spazz when it comes to storms and whatnot]

"Fleur, it's okay," Dom mumbled. "Honestly, I feel no happiness when it comes to Sirius. Sure, it felt nice being wanted for a bit, but I would never be happy with him. He just uses girls to keep him occupied when he's bored. If anything, it really comes down to your happiness, not mine. I never meant to hurt you, and I feel like such a bitch for doing what I did with my friend's ex. I'm so sorry," she breaks off.

[It was a biggie. A 6.9 in Baja, CA. And we felt it all the way in our little housie. You get used to earthquakes after awhile.]

"I don't what you to feel zat way, Dom, I always found zose girl codes to be somewhat ridiculous. Only with certain situations, though," Fleur laughed and reached out to comfort her, "I theenk maybe it's best if we just put all zis behind us, because I would really like to 'ave our friendship back. I know you weren't in your right mind when you did zese theengs with 'im and I wasn't quite in my right mind when I yelled at you, in a sense!"

[Aww, well I'm glad you're okay ]

Dom smiled knowing exactly what Fleur had meant. "I'd like that, to move past this I mean. I'm more than aware and know that I need to stay away from him. I have no intention whatsoever to even think about going back there."

Fleur smiled, "Zen it's settled! We'll move past zis whole theeng and never speak of it again," She was glad to have Dom back as a friend. It would have been hard to give up that friendship, "I'm going to 'ead back to ze common room and I'll meet you somewhere later, kay?"

[And that's how we'll say they split apart and the whole Lake thing happens.]

"Alright, that sounds good," Dom replies smiling, relieved that everything had worked out.

[Hahah, brilliant ]

Cormac walks in to the Owlery looking for a place for some silence. Rather nice in herehe thought to himself.
