*watches her carefully*

As if she'd been hit over the head with an invisible sledge hammer, she slumps over, dead asleep.
[I gotta get off for the night. Goodnight!]

Starts to feel extremely lightheaded and grabs another slice of pizza. Laughs as Danni passes out on the counter and checks her pulse to make sure she's ok.

*hates what he's about to say*

Woah, uhm you should probably take her back to the common room.

[BYE!!!!]

Is plesantly suprized by Deans idea. "Yeah, i guess so." Brushes pizza crust debris off his hands and picks Danni up. "See ya around Dean." Carries Danni up to the common room.

*sighs sadly and leaves the kitchen. heading no where in particular*

What the hell was all that. Does she like him. Does she like me. UUGGGHHHH

[Awww. Pobre Dean. Don't worry. Freeannigel will be worked out this weekend.]

[*grumbles again* Yea, poor Dean...I think he may be the next to have an astronomy tower "incident"]

[No! Freeannigel will work out. Hopefully with Free and Deanni on top.]

*walks in with Remus and takes a huge plate of bacon and eggs. And mushrooms. And hash browns. And toast. She mumbles a thank you to the House Elves and sits down, tearing into it straight away*

Remus sits down next to her and eats some toast. "Goodness Hermione, when's the last time you've eaten love?"

*stops eating like Ron now that food is getting into her system at last and smiles sheepishly*

Not really sure, actually. I don't remember. I've sort of just been floating around the past couple of days. Moping, pretending I'm not moping, having random emotional breakdowns, researching my own furry little problem.... *wrinkles nose a bit, trying to place her recent movements* Oh, and I think I blew my nose on Pete's shirt at some point...

*blushes and has another mouthful of eggs*

Remus bit his lower lip. He knew why she'd been like that and felt bad about it, but instead of saying something which would probably result in him getting smacked by a book or something he decided to keep his mouth shut.
"Did you find anything to do with your problem? I was doing some research as well...that's what the book was that I...did I hurt you when I threw that book?"

*she cringes. she'd been hoping he'd never ask that. she keeps her voice light, reaches over and squeezes his and, and kisses his cheek. she doesn't even consider lying - lying had gotten them into this mess to begin with and she's learned her lesson. she tries to keep the apology out of her eyes, knowing it'll only make him feel more guilty*

A little, honey. I think I fractured my arm but it's no big deal, I fixed it in two seconds...

*ploughs on in the hopes that her babbling will be enough of a distraction*
It was much better than the time Harry broke his arm playing quidditch and we had this incompetent Professor who instead of healing it, he vanished all the bones! And I don't know if I've found anything yet - I wonder if something like a Calming Draught or a Dreamless Sleep Potion would help keep me in control, but I can;t find anything to let me know if there'll be side effects from that and I'm scared that if I rely on potions they'll become an addiction. What do you think, honey? Do you have any ideas?

"I broke your...oh geez." Remus dropped his head into his hands then took a deep breath letting it out slowly. He looked back up at her, "I'm sorry..." He figured she didn't want to dwell on it so he tried to push it out of his thoughts. "I haven't found anything about it either...hopefully it'll get better over time. I think the reason it was so bad was because the wolf just wanted to get to you but you were so far away. The only solution to that would be to have you nearby when I transformed but there is no way I'm putting you at risk like that."

[i'm going to be leaving in a bit to take a shower but i'll be back later]

[GAH!!!!!! Can we have Severus invent the wolfbane potion please? it would solve so many issues!]

[no worries - I'll sort of be floating in and out doing stuff ]

*she squeezes his hand again, nodding*
Maybe it will. I vaguely remember at one point... I think I was talking to Tam... and I heard you howling, and I'd actually taken a couple of steps towards the Whomping Willow before I remembered why I couldn't just go and see you. Pete thought maybe that if one of the boys stayed with me as an animal it might make it easier on me as it does on you, but I told him there's no way in hell that's happening. Especially after what happened last time. You actually need them... Maybe I'll just lock myself up in your dorm that night, at least there I know there won't be anyone for me to flip out on...

*smiles bracingly*

*finishes her breakfast*
