Lily's Tree by the Lake

James' face slowly fell as Lily yelled at him. "Er, sorry..." And he stared after her when she left. He wasn't an arrogant jerk... James didn't even notice Sirius when he sat down next to him.

"James, you're doing this completely wrong."

"Wha - Am not! It's your fault! You told me to explain so I did and now she's mad at me!"

"No, you explaining was a good thing. She's mad at you because you assume. You cant just tell her she's asking you to the dance, do something nice without assuming...You should be glad that I have so much experience with girls or you would die single."

James crossed his arms over his chest. "At least you're not giving me love poems to try on her. Remus did that. It didn't go too well."

Sirius has to cover his mouth to hold back laughter. "Love poems? No, how about trying to have a civil conversation with Evans. And try not to asume anything infront of her."

"Hmph. I'll go find her now." James got up to leave.

[Omg stop this kid! He is a menace to himself and others! Well, Lily. Holy crap James is hopeless!]

Sirius stands up "JAMES!" Facepalm. "No, give her time to calm down, you are way to eager."

[Lily, wait, are you still going to ask Sev to go like you did on the old forum? Because since we changed stuff Pansy will ask Draco, not Sev this time.]

James looked clueless for a moment, then sat back down. "Right. Let her calm down, then don't assume anything. That's how we do things. Okay. Yeah. I got this. Let's go kill Snape, it'll take my mind off things."

[ah. I'm only up to part 4 or 5, but I'm loving it so far!]

"As much as I want to kill Snape, I'm gonna go find Fleur."

[About the killing Snape thing- me and Pansy are plotting on Facebook. We're going to have an epic battle between James/Sirius vs. Pansy/Snape at some point, or so we hope. Also, I am reading SBP at the moment, and I read 'love poems' and yelled "YEATS!" at my monitor. Though I actually do like Yeats.]

[SBP's awesome. And when is this epic battle supposed to occur? (maybe I should find you all on facebook so I can not be a lame-o and actually use my facebook for something)]

"But you want to kill Snape more. Let's go."

"I kind of want to find Fleur...remember let Snivillus suffer." Sirius starts to walk towards the castle.

[That's the problem. Me and Pansy are having tight schedules this week. Some time when we're all online together magically, I suppose.]

[Also, I love how eager James is to get his hands on Snape again, haha.]

"Sirius, we've been making him suffer for a whole day! I wanna kill him NOW!"

[Sev: Well, okay. I can almost always make it on, so hopefully it won't be too hard to fit things in.
Dee: Thankies! *goes to do that*]

Sirius starts walking backwards so he can talk and get closer to the castle at the same time. "A day's not enough, I want him to be afraid to even blink."

James sighed and leaned back against the tree. James was a "now" kind of person. He wanted Evans to go out with him now; he really wanted some food right now; and he really really wanted Snape to die NOW. He was always better at the execution of plans than the planning of them.

[I'm going to assume James left, alright? James: If you come back, please act like you left and are coming back. Lily wouldn't be here if you were, and it's her tree. XD]

Lily walked over to her favorite tree, laying down in the shade and closing her eyes. Her mind was getting lost in thought, but she loved the feel of the breeze on her face and the softness of the grass.

Hey Lily,
Sirius just came into the common room all bloodied up, levitaing James who was unconcious. I know James isn't your favorite person right now, but if you could come to the hospital wing, we could really use your help. George and I are trying to get them there now.
