Somewhere by the Lake

He was a bit disappointed she didn't kiss him back. How sad. Now he thinks she doesn't like his kissing and probably won't initiate any kissing for at least two weeks. "Well, With little stupid things...You can." He said and shrugged. "And this is a little stupid thing."

Illie thinks Marcus should be lucky he's talking to her at all right now, considering she wasn't going to talk to him for two weeks but got tricked into it by SOMEONE. Anyways.."Whatever. I know there's no point in arguing with you, because you'll never admit you were wrong. Can I finish my run now please?"

"Nope. Not until you admit that it was kind of funny and that you are okay with it and that you are not mad at me anymore." He said, staring at her.

"Not a chance. It wasn't funny and I'm not okay with it and I am still mad at you." She stared right back.

He blinked a few times at her and then sighed dramatically. "Fine. Go. Run." He said and then he left, and walked away from her.

She rolled her eyes and ran off. She was still furious, so she started running faster than just the jog she had started out doing. After one time around the lake, she stopped back at this spot panting. She was a little irrational, she realized, but she couldn't admit that to him and see his smug little face when she said he was right. She let out a loud growl of frustration, then ran back up to the castle.

Neville walked out to the lake after spending a lot of time in the Greenhouses helping out Professor Sprout. He laid down in the grass by the lake and sighed, closing his eyes a bit because tired Neville is tall, sexy, and tired.

Luna is skipping through the grass when she sees Neville, relaxing on the ground looking very comfortable in his position. "Hello there," she greets cheerfully before sitting down next to him.

Neville sits up when he sees Luna come and sit down next to him and say Hello. He smiles at her and waves. "Hi Luna." He said, still waving for about 5 more seconds after saying hello and then putting his hand down awkwardly. "How are you?"

"I'm alright," she said, not having done anything eventful since finding the unicorn with Hermione. "How have you been?" she asks, smiling happily because Neville seems like a friendly guy. "Did you ever get a chance to read the Quibbler yet?"

"I have been pretty good." He said nodding, even though he hasn't done anything at all since he last saw Luna. He doesn't get out much, it's sad really. "I actually sent my Grandmum an owl the other day and I mentioned the Quibbler in it and asked if she could send me a copy or two." He said and gave her a big smile.

"Really? That's wonderful! You'll like it. It's much more reliable than the Prophet," she explains dreamily, looking up into the sky as if there's something interesting going on up there.

He nodded. "Yeah, I don't really read the prophet much. I don't like some of the things that they say." He said and gave her a small smile and then looked up at the sky where she was looking, then back at her, then back at the sky, moving more towards her to look from where she was to try and see what she was looking at.

Luna keeps looking up at the sky for a moment, before realizing that Neville is looking up as well. "I was just looking at the clouds," she explains with a soft, calm smile. "That one looks like a Crumpled Horn Snorkack," she says, pointing out a cloud off to the left.

He looks over at her and smiles when she says she was looking at the clouds, and then he does the same and looks for shapes in the sky. He is a little bit confused when she says one looks like a Crumple Horned Snorkack. He looks at her, a little confused, and asks; "Luna, what's a--Umm--What's a Crumple Horned Snorkack?"

"A Crumple Horned Snorack...They live in Sweden. They have little purple ears and they like to stay up in the mountains. I've never seen one, but there have been plenty of eyewitness accounts," she says with a nod, before looking back up at the snorkack cloud again.

"Oh." He said nodding. It sounded completely normal to him. "So, is that one of your plans after Hogwarts or something? To go and find one?" He asked curiously because to him that sounded like a very fun journey.

She nods, smiling dreamily as she continues looking upward. "Mhm. I want to study magical creatures, and travel around looking for undiscovered creatures. If I could find a Snorkack, maybe more people would understand that they really do exist. What about you?"

He nodded. "That sounds like a good plan." He said and looked over at her and smiled. "You seem like a smart girl Luna, I'm sure people will believe you that they are real. I know I do." He said and grinned at her. "When I am done with school I want to train to be a Herbology Professor and I hope to be the next Herbology Professor here at Hogwarts when Professor Sprout quits, or leaves, or retires." he said nodding. "Until then I just plan on doing something that has to do with plants or Herbology." He said and smiled.

"That sounds exciting! You'd make a great teacher. Especially since you like plants so much," she says with a big smile. "Anyway, I should get going. I was just on my way to go visit the Thestrals. Would you like to come?"

"Umm, Okay!" Neville said and stood up and I am assuming he learned about Thestrals in Care of Magical Creatures class. He smiled at her and then they ran off to go play in the forest. WOO.

Viktor is here, walking around and looking happy because he's in quite the cheerful mood. You would be too if your boyfriend was Chris Pine Rolf Scamander.

Ted was walking around the grounds a little sad because he had no more pie left but pleased all the same because he had had some pie. He saw Viktor and waved to him, "Hey mate! You look in a good mood, what's up?"

Viktor grinned when he saw Ted, secretly wishing that he could bake him up another pie. Poor guy. "Hey Ted! I vos just hanging out vith my boyfriend, and he tends to put me in a good mood," he answered happily. "Vot have you been up to?"
