Ron and Melanie are here.

Melanie looks around in awe at the Joke shop, trying to take everything in. She wanted every single thing that was in here. "Woah." Was all she could manage to say as she just looked around in awe.

Ron chuckles slightly at Melanie's expression. "Woah indeed. This place is every jokester's dream. Only imagine the hell of a shock you'd get if you lived here and needed a glass of water in the middle of the night. You'd give yourself a heart attack if you ran into a shelf."

Melanie laughed and grinned at him. "Yeah, but are there really that many pranks in here you could use after a while?" She asked and looked over at him. "I mean, I am sure someone could get me with every single prank in here but do you still fall for them? Or can you pretty much spot when they are coming now?"

Ron shrugs. "It depends on who is using what and where. Like, my twin brothers could trick someone anytime with any one of these things. Just depends, mostly." After a beat, Ron realised he didn't know all too much about her, so he asked, "Do you have any siblings?"

"Yeah." She said with a slight nod. "A twin actually, we aren't identical but still a twin." She said with a small smile. "Her name is Claire, she is also a ravenclaw. How many siblings do you have?" She asked, knowing he had twin brothers already but wondering if he had any more.

"A twin, huh? Twins are fun from what I can tell, not having one of my own," Ron says. He grabs a box of Filibuster Fireworks off a shelf, flips the box over, grimaces at the price, and puts it back. "Me? I have six siblings," he informed her. "Five older brothers and a little sister. It gets hectic sometimes, but for the most part they're alright to have around."

Melanie's jaw dropped slightly when he said how many siblings he had. Damn that was a lot. "SIX? Dang.." She says with wide eyes. "I can see how that can get hectic sometimes. I mean even with just one sibling it gets kind of hectic once and a while." She says with a small nod. "So do all of you go to Hogwarts?" She asked.

"The eldest three have graduated. One works for Gringotts, another the Ministry, and the last works with dragons. Just leaves the twins, my sister, and myself here," Ron says. "And yeah, it gets pretty hectic. Sometimes downright insane. The twins are the most troublesome, so if you usually hear of any heinous pranks it's probably those two behind it."

"Oh, well I guess that would make it a little less hectic with three of them graduated." She said with a small nod. "I mean, having six siblings all in the same school as you. I don't think I would be able to do it." She admitted with a light laugh.

"This is true. Living with them was bad enough. Living and schooling with them at the same time would most definitely be some form of torture," Ron says. I just realised British people talk cool. Us American peeps would all be 'True dat' or 'Truth' but Brits are all dapper like and cool.

Melanie nods. "Yeah, It's just me and my sister and even that gets hard sometimes." She says with a small nod as she picks up a Hiccough Sweet and looked at it and then set it down, rubbing her throat lightly because she imagined coughing and hiccuping at the same time would hurt. British people do indeed talk cooler than Americans do.

Ron glances over to see Melanie rubbing at her throat. OH NOES. "You alright?" he asks, concerned. "Cat got your tongue or something?"

Melanie turned around to look at him. "Oh, yeah I am fine." She said smiling at him. "I was just imagining hiccuping and coughing at the same time and it did not seem like a pleasant feeling."

Ron frowned. "Not pleasant at all. I imagine that would feel...rather painful, actually. Is that even possible? To cough and hiccup at the same time?"

"Yeah, I agree." She said nodding when he said it would be painful. "I didn't think it was possible but according to these it is." She said as she showed him a Hiccough Sweet.

And Ron goes to a cold shower because Melanie is Mila Fucking Kunis now.
Ahem. No, what actually happens is that Ron takes the box of sweets out of her hands and looks at the label. So exciting! "These wouldn't be too bad to use for a prank," he muses, grinning wickedly. "Not by themselves, course, but they wouldn't hurt to use."

Melanie grins and shakes her head. "That would be terrible to use on someone. Unless of course they did something mean to you. Then it would be perfectly okay to use on someone." She said with a grin. "I would kill someone if they tricked me into eating one of those though."

"Well, it wouldn't be too terrible to use them on Slytherins, now would it?" Ron asks. "They're a bunch of slimy gits anyway." Whoa Ron. Calm yo tits. First date hangout, and all. Nothin to get worked up about.

Melanie smiled and laughed lightly. "Well, I don't know." She said with a shrug. "I mean I have only met one Slytherin and he was pretty nice so I don't think I have been here long enough to judge them at all." She said with a smile.

"Really?" Ron said surprised. "A nice Slytherin. Who'd have thought. Remember his name, by chance?"

"Yeah, he was really nice. He showed me around Hogwarts and stuff when I first came here." She said with a small nod. "Um..It was Lucius Malfoy." She said nodding. "Yeah, that was it."

Ron blinked in a clueless fashion. It was what he was best at, of course. "Lucius Malfoy," he said darkly. "I've heard things about him and his family. And if his cousin Draco is anything to judge by he's not the best company to keep."

"Oh." She said quietly. "Well....I haven't talked to him in a while so yeah." She said and fiddled her thumbs awkwardly, not really knowing what else to do.
