The Grand Staircase

"EH, Pretty much the same. Pretty boring if you ask me." He said with a shrug. "It had it's fun moments though." He said nodding. "You practice any Quidditch?"

Daphne nodded. "Yup. I practiced by smacking bludgers at moving targets. I got the House Elves to make them fly. You make Captain again?"

[Draco is bored... Can he come join?]

I don't know if he did yet but I am going to assume he did since I don't think anyone else applied for it and it's cannon. XD

"Nice!" He said with a grin. "I've got a feeling we'll have a good team this year." He said and nodded. "Yeah, I did." He said with a grin. "Pretty pumped about it. That's two years in a row now."

Draco came to join them. "Dee! Marcus! How's it going?"

"I'm sure we'll do great. We always have a pretty good team!" She clapped because clapping is fun. "Ooh, yay! I thought you'd get it again. Hi Draco," she greeted, waving at him. "What's up?"

"Not much. Just saw your sister. She came to 'talk' to me in the common room."

Marcus nods at Draco as he walks up. "Hey Draco. Have a good holiday?" He asks.

Daphne facepalmed. "Nowhere is safe!" she mumbled. "She could even sneak into your dorm if she wanted and rape you because the boys' dorms don't have magic barriers."

"Yeah pretty good. How was yours?" Draco stared at Dee... "She would to that?!?!?! Fuck!"

"Pretty good." He said and then Marcus was like I'll see you around and walked off because this just got awkward.

WELL OKAY.

"I wouldn't put it past her," Dee sighed. "What did she say to you? Or were you doing all the talking while she stared at her boobs? I wouldn't put that past her either."

Draco chuckled, "Well that was the first part of the conversation... The her staring at her boobs thing. Then after Id been discussing this preposterousness of all the half breeds and creatures who work here now and she said that centaurs are cute. CUTE!!!"

Daphne rolled her eyes. "She is absolutely ridiculous. And she said centaurs are cute!? They're more ferocious than cute, wouldn't you say?" She shook her head in disbelief. "I don't even know what goes through her head sometimes. I don't even want to know!"

Draco nodded, "Exactly Dee, exactly. Are you sure you two are related?" Draco couldn't help but wonder what was wrong with Astoria. Being that stupid wasn't natural.

Dee shrugged. "One of us must be adopted, but I wonder which. Astoria looks like the slutty version of Mum, and I look like the female version of Dad!" she exclaims because I just decided this. "Maybe our parents married after both of us were born, and we just don't remember because we were so young?"

Draco chuckled. Dee came out with some of the craziest things sometimes. "Honestly Dee, a scandal like that would never have died down."

"Hmm, that's true," she said, tapping her chin. "But maybe, just maybe, my parents Confunded everyone! Or if you want to go for a more logical approach, then Astoria was probably dropped on her head as a baby."

"Probably. After all your house elves are all old and crazy." He shrugged. "Well I have to go. We should practice soon." with a wave he departed.

"Definitely," Dee agreed before waving and skipping down the stairs.

Milli is walking upstairs somewhere wondering where exactly she would be able to get glitterworks from, seeing as she and Alice had plans to fire some off sometime in the near future.

Demelza was just going for a walk around the castle when she saw Milli, who she hadn't seen for a while. "Hi Milli! I haven't seen you in ages! Hows it going?"

Milli greams when she sees her friend. "Hi Dem! You're right, it's been a bit. I'm well. Wondering where I might find glitterworks. How're you? Did you have a nice summer?"

"It was pretty good, quiet though, but good. What do you need glitterworks for?" She asked.

"That's good. Oh the glitterworks? I need them so I can shoot them out of my GI Joe tank with my friend Alice, who would shoot them from her Barbie Jeep," Milli explains, nodding very seriously.
