The Fireplace

"Yeah, you're right," Scorpius sighs, then smiles as she kisses his cheek. "In fact, you usually are." He leans back on the couch and props his legs onto the table in front of him.

"You've said that a couple times, but you should know that there are times when I am wrong," she replies, looking up at the ceiling, "I wonder why everyone seems to be all lovey-dovey recently. I think everyone should calm down their hormones and, well, let it be?" She glanced over at Scorpius and cracked a smile, "But I guess I'd be a hypocrite."

"Hmm, I know what you mean. Definitely not complaining though," he says grinning and glancing at her. "Though I don't think everyone's hormones have been running wild. I feel like mine have been right on track."

"Oh, really? In that case, I'm very happy that you can keep your hormones under control," she ruffled his hair and lay back against one arm of the couch, "I'm getting tired," she yawned.

"Time to head to bed then," he replies smiling. He stands up from the couch, helps her up, and then stifles a yawn. "I'll see you tomorrow, figure out when we can go on our first date," he says smiling.

Faye stood up from the couch and walked over to the Girls' Staircase. She nodded and tilted her head, still curious as to what he could possibly be planning, "I'll see you tomorrow, yes," she replied, leaning in and giving him one quick kiss on the lips. She rested her forehead on his and whispered, "I love you."

"I love you too," he murmurs while looking her in the eyes. He smiles over the three simple words, that he had never fully understand or appreciated until now. "Sleep well," he says, then moves his mouth to hers and places a gentle kiss on her lips. He pulls back, gives her a quick hug, then steps away to head to the boy's dormitory.

She smiles against his lips, glad to have someone she truly loved with her. It felt good to not be the House tease anymore. She nearly fell into his arms due to exhaustion, but regained her balance and walked up the Girls' Staircase and to her dorm.

Blaise strolls bored as hell.

[Would you like for me to come and smack you? *glares and tackle hugs Lucy*]

[DO WHAT YOU WANT....Just dont hit me...]

Dee walks down the stairs, still feeling dejected. Upon seeing Blaise, she sneers. "Well, there goes my morning."

"No love, that went when you looked in the mirror this morning. Don't worry, seeing your face makes me depressed too." Blaise said nonchalanY, It was almost too easy. Like Dee. Hehe.

She manages to shoot a glare at him. "Fuck off, Zabini. I'm not in the mood." Merlin, she would see someone this ugly, this repulsive, this early in the morning. He was probably invested with disease. Multiple diseases. IT WAS DISGUSTING.

"When are you even in the mood?" He sneered. God, she was a stoppy cow, ALL the time. Shame, she was some hot ass there. "So hows the Virgin Mary?"

"Does it matter? I doubt I'll ever be in the mood to see you!" She raises her eyebrows, her expression angry and regretful. "I don't think that's any of your business, you wanker!"

He caught her words, "Wait... the NOT so Virgin Mary?"

"It doesn't matter." She turns away from him. "So what if I'm not? I don't give a shit about YOUR sexual life."

"Wohohooooo. 'De Angel' got some? Nice! Who'd you pay?" He laughed, "Oh, since you asked. Me and Pansy, at it all the time. You know I just love it when she takes control, when the go all cowgirl on me, she doesn this things where" And he goes off describing FALSE details about Pansy to gross out Dee. "In fact, if you look in smut world, we are at it RIGHT NOW. I know. I am multi-talented."

"Lovely," she replies, crinkling her nose. She ignored the comment about money. "You're insane. Utterly insane. Or at the least, stupid. Your poor mother. She must be so ashamed. How terrible you must feel."
