The Fireplace

Faye arched a brow, somewhat hopeful, "What did he say?"

"Um...talked about how stuff between you guys wasn't so great..." that's an understatement... she glanced up at Faye, trying to gauge her reaction

Penny's reply wasn't what Faye had wanted to hear, but she had expected it. Her left hand gently rubbed over her right arm as the hurt spread through her. She choked back a sob and whispered, "Tell him I'm sorry for fucking up everything. I'll just stay away from everyone." She stood up and felt the shard of glass in her pocket, before leaving the common room.

[When I get home, you can follow her to the bathroom and catch her in the act.]

she looked concerned as Faye got up to leave "Faye..." she was worried so after Faye left, she stood up and followed her out

Flint walked in still holding Penny's hand and sat down on a couch. He
smiled. "this is much better."

she sat down next to him. "mhmmm" she was extremely exhausted. she leaned her head on his shoulder sleepily

"Penny.." He brushed the hair out of her face and stuck it behind her ear. "As much I want to stay here and be with you...we should really head to bed."

"hmm?" she looked up at him "Oh right. sleep. yea" she smiled lightly

He smiled down at her and stood up and pulled her up with him. He walked her over to the door of her dorm, hugged her and kissed her forehead. "Goodnight Penny." He turned around and walked up to his dorm.

"Night" she muttered before heading to bed

Reg walks in, happily grinning about Viktor.

Scorpius walks into the common room, looking worse for wear. On his way to the dorm, he freezes when he sees Regulus. "You...talk...now," he says giving Reg a slight glare.

Regulus looks up and returns his glare. "YOU! What the hell did you say to Viktor!? What were you thinking? Thank Merlin he's smart enough not to buy everything he hears!"

"What did I say? I just said what I fucking saw! You know, I'd really like to hear your explanation though. Imagine you were in my position, walking in and seeing the person dating your knitting buddy and fucking McLaggen in a bed together," he says crossing his arms.

Regulus stood up, face sheet white. "First of all, keep your fucking voice down, before someone hears you. Second, I was not fucking McLaggen. Thirdly, I don't see how it's any of your business. Fourthly, NOTHING FUCKING HAPPENED BETWEEN US SO WHATEVER YOU TOLD VIKTOR WAS UTTER BULLSHIT!" Regulus fumed, scowling at him.

"I NEVER SAID THAT YOU FUCKED MCLAGGEN! Merlin, something would have to be seriously wrong with you if you did! I just told him what I saw! You two passed out in a bed together! He fucking deserves that much! I've had enough of fucking deception from Slytherins, especially from people you think fucking care about you."

Regulus glowered at him, paler than ever. "Fine! You want to know why I was passed out in a bed with McLaggen? Because I got drunk with him. And why did I get drunk? Because I was under the impression that VIktor had fucking dumped me, alright? I thought we were over. I was fucking upset, and Cormac was actually trying to be halfway decent friend for once," he said, shoving his hands in his pockets. Quietening down, he looked back at Scorpius. "And if you care so much, you'll know that me and Viktor are back together, no thanks to you. See, because he knows I love him, just as much as he loves me. We trust each other."

"Well I'm glad that everything is fucking sunshine and daisies between you two now," he says sarcastically. He talks a deep breath and sighs. "Listen, I do care that you and Viktor work everything out, and I'm glad you are okay now. I like Viktor, and when you aren't pulling any stupid moves, you're a pretty good guy too. Just...don't fuck up his trust again, okay? Love and trust are two different things. You can have one, but the other can disappear in a second."

"I've done nothing to fuck up his trust! I did nothing wrong. I thought we were done. So fuck you," he said defensively, glowering.

"Fine," he snaps while glaring at Reg. "Clearly we aren't getting fucking anywhere with this. You go on back to Viktor, and I'll stay out of it. I suppose I'm not even one to be talking about fucking relationships anyway."

[this would have to be after i talked to faye or he'd have already known you broke up with her]

Regulus glared even more. "No, no you're not," he muttered, storming away. He couldn't blame Scorpius- Faye had done wrong- but right now he hated Scorpius and Faye was his friend, so there was no way he was gonna side with Scorp on that one, and most certainly not offer him comfort.

[Yeah, makes sense to me]

Scorpius glares at his retreating form, then clenches his fists. He moves his hands and rubs his face, feeling extremely frustrated with all the fucked up things that were happening. Groaning, he drops his hands, then moves his foot and kicks the couch. He stays in the room for a moment, then leaves in a huff (one that Reg would have been proud of if Reg and Scorpius were actually getting along) to his dormitory.

Cormac runs in, sees Penny. Cormac was furious. He had a sudden spaz at how Marcus is the dad. "PENNY!" he yelled at her. "HOW WAS THIS A FUCKING ACCIDENT? DID YOU JUST FALL ON AN ERECT PENIS!"

Blaise looks up and heres a guy yelling about something. Being in such a bad mood he jumps up and decks the guy. And storms out.
