The Astronomy Tower

Severus climbed up the stairs to the top of the astronomy tower, searching for a quiet place to think. Part of him wanted to be found, to be comforted, to be talked to and held, and the other part just wanted to shove people off the edge of the roof. "Dobby's sock. I wonder where Lily is... or Pansy, for that matter," he wondered aloud.

[I'm bored. But I don't know where else to put him, seeing as he's being an asshole to everyone and is pissed off. Don't think he'd be wandering into the library or something, at any rate. Somebody come bother him? I don't care who, Dee, you can come attack him, or Sirius I guess... if nobody else wants to try and be nice to assface here.]

[Now you make me feel guilty. I was just about to come up here anyway for Seer stuff, but now you're here. I feel guilty, but I'm still going to attack you.]

Dee climbs the stairs, trying to find a quiet spot to concentrate on what her Inner Eye is telling her.

[Should I make the first move?]

[Go ahead, Severus is too wrapped up in himself to notice anything anyway. Also, go post in the Daily Reel what happened to piss Dee off, as I don't entirely remember.]

Severus hears footsteps in the back of his mind, but is far too caught up in his own thoughts to process anything. He sat on the cold stone floor, hugging legs around his knees and burying his face. He thought about heading to the Room of Requirement to hex things into oblivion to release his frustration, but couldn't bring himself to move.

[Posted it. *giggles maniacally* And I have no idea how to start this...]

Dee wanders toward the edge, and peers over. She felt someone behind her; however, and turned around.

[... Well say something to him or something, he still doesn't know you're there. And wtf? I thought she was only pissed because Snape like knocked her out in the H.W.?]

Dee sees Snape sitting there, alone. "Alone? Again?" She laughs.

Snape's head snaps up at the sound of Dee's voice, and he glowers at her. "Yes. Alone. I happen to like being alone. Which is why I am here. Alone. Now why don't you run off and play with your little friends, alright, and leave me alone," he said scathingly.

She laughs again. "As if. I have a list of people I need to beat that shit out of, and you're number one." She mock glances around. "And look! There's no one here to stop me!"

Severus rolled his eyes, and stood up, holding onto his wand tightly. "And why the hell do you want to 'beat the shit out of me'? I suggest you get out of here now, before you piss me off any more than you already have. I'm in a nasty mood, and you're looking more and more like a punching bag every second," he growled, his eyes flashing dangerously. Perfect. Little miss angsty, now there's somebody I really couldn't care less about. I almost hope she is stupid enough to fuck with me right about now.

Dee rolls her eyes. "I know your every move, and your every thought. If I were you, I wouldn't mess with me." She glances towards his wand, and says, "And your always in a bad mood! Always! Do you realize that's why people hate you?"

[And Dee's a Seer and a Legilimens. She's hard to fight.]

Snape laughed. "What, you think you're something for me to be afraid of? Darling, you don't know who you're fucking with right now. And you honestly think I give a damn what people think of me? Why would I care? None of you matter anyway. Nobody matters to me, especially not you. Here, I'm being nice for once, why don't you get the hell out of here before you end up hexed into oblivion?" Severus' hand twitched in his pocket, preparing to jinx her any second now. She might claim to have these 'seer powers', but he knew better. Even if she was a true seer, things don't work like that. Predictions are always few and far between, and are visions more often than not. It was pathetic how she thought that might actually be of use to her. Idiot child, stupid little child. How he hated these children, so immature, so juvenile, so beneath him.

[Legilimens means nothing, remember? We're talking about Snape...]

[Damn you. I forgot.]

"Wow, Severus Snape. Being all high and mighty. What a surprise that you don't have a protector on your arm!"
She scowls. Snape didn't think she had powers. She could see it in his eyes, and she didn't like his eyes. They were black and endless, like she could see into his soul. His soul was twisted, angry, and sad. It was sad, really. But there was nothing she could do. "I really wanted to be your friend Severus. I was nice to you, and you always acted like the biggest brat I ever laid eyes on." She stares at him. "You know, I didn't really want to fight at all. I'm just tired of your actions." She starts toward the stairs.

[And by the way, I've made it so the Pernicuous Powder(sp?) caused her to have more visions than a normal Seer, causing them to come all the time, the more urgent, the more often.]

Severus scoffed, an expression of amusement on his face. "No, I 'doesn't have' a protector, because I don't need one. I can take care of myself. Unfortunately, you 'doesn't have' grammar skills. Stop bothering me, and go find yourself a tutor. You'd be more threatening if you could speak proper English," Snape sneered. Pathetic little children. Why must I deal with such idiocy, and so often at that?

[You two... that was so anti-climactic... *sigh*]

[You bitch! It's called A TYPO! *sneers withloveofcourse*]

"Why don't you just go fuck yourself?" Dee starts down the stairs. She was done talking to that loser.

[UGH! just kill somebody already!! XD]

[I know. Couldn't resist, though. The Grammar Nazi took over.]

Severus laughed again, returning to the window. "Really? Go fuck myself? That's the best you can come up with? Merlin, you're so pedestrian, it's almost pitiful," he called after her.
