The Hallway

[Well, I'm bored as hell. So I'm coming anyway.]

Dee walks down the hallway. "Oh, hi everyone." She looks at Danni. Their last meeting had not been very friendly.

"Well, we do outnumber Sirius over there and his black hair. We could torment him for ages about it." George said with an evil gleam in his eye. He glanced over to Sirius. "So, hows er...things?"

Danni looked away from Dee, feeling awkward, and answering only with a tiny, "Hi," before laughing with George.

Sirius runs his fingers through his hair. "Don't go hating the hair, its what gets the girls."

George laughed. "Doesn't seem to be working for James though. Perhaps its that SPARKLING personality." he said trying to be light. He still wasn't sure if Sirius and him were on good terms or not.

Dee shrugs and laughs at Sirius' comment. "A little full of yourself, are you?"

Danni blushed and looked down at the floor, hoping Sirius hadn't noticed her licking her lips.

Sirius laughs "Don't go hating on James either...that's my job." He then turns to Danni "I'm just telling the truth, though I suppose this..." He lifts up his shirt and points to his abs. "..helps to"

George shakes his head. "Always looking for an excuse." he mutters.

[That was very cruel. ]
Danni's jaw dropped, and her eyes popped open. She quickly composed herself and looked back up at his face. "No, I suppose not."

"I'm feeling kind of ignored, so I guess I'll go." She starts off down the hallway.

Sirius notices Danni's reaction and chuckles.

George looks up. "DEE! wait." He didn't know why he did it. But he felt like they should get to know each other. If they were going to be working as a pranking team. And he didn't like to feel like someone was feeling left out.

[Sorry Dee! I talked to you, kinda.]
Danni is on the defense. "What? Didn't that boost your ego even a tiny bit?" She vows to pretend that she was only doing it to see his reaction to her reaction to his action.

George looked at Sirius' abs just a little bit. They were slightly impressive, but he doubted thats what Fleur liked about him. "You know, you're really not a bad person."

Dee turns around when George calls her name. "Yes?"

"Yeah, I'm sure that's why your jaw dropped." Sirius looks at George. "Nobody ever said I was."

[except Sev]

"I'm a good actress." She tried to laugh, but only manages a weak, pathetic sort of chuckle. She wasn't in the best mood.

"Mhm"

"Don't go. I was hoping we could head to HQ after this." George said making up an excuse. "I want to test the new product before the gnomes get TOO hungry."

He looked over to Sirius. "I know, but, for all the showing off you do, sometimes it doesn't seem like you realize that you don't need hair or abs to win a girl over. Look at Fleur. Do you think she cares about how you LOOK?" Okay, maybe just a little. I mean, I doubt many people would date a troll, but still.

Danni looked away. George's words had reminded her of why she liked Dean, and while Sirius was fun to look at... "Okay, you win. You're hot."

"Speaking of Fleur.." Sirius gets up and starts to walk away. "Bye." Sirius chuckles at Danni's words as he walks away. "I know."

Danni shakes her head, feeling moderately better. "Boys," she mutters, before turning to George. "Have you seen Dean?"

"I guess we could George. I have nothing to do anyway."
