Malfoy Manor

Draco smiled as she kissed him and ran off upstairs. Picking up his waffle in a paper cone thing like they use for crepes and such he headed up after her, happily munching his DELICIOUSLY SYRUPY WAFFLE as he went. As he walked into their room he found her digging around in a drawer for something, looking lovely in just her underwear. "Well this is nice." He waggled his eyebrows and hugged her from behind, spinning her around into a kiss. "I love you, Pansy."

Um, alright. If you say so! Personally, I'm not quite sure what it means...but I'll leave you to figuring out hidden messages that are hidden behind veils of darkness and depth and deception.

Pansy laughed as he walked in and commented, turning to face him and slipping her arms around his middle to pull him close. She never could stop smiling around him, even after they'd settled down at their own home since they had finally finished up all their honeymoon traveling fun. Now they had a Malfoy Manor of their very own and she was still wrapping her head around the idea that she was the newest Mrs. Malfoy. "I love you too, Draco. Now should I finish getting dressed, or..." She smirked at him, her arms still firmly around his middle keeping their bodies pressed together.

Draco ran a hand up her back and slowly traced under her bra strap. "Or?" He gave her another deep kiss then reached behind him and untangled himself from her arms. "No no, you have to get dressed so we can go out! That was the plan remember?" He smirked at her and leaned in for one more quick kiss before grabbing some clothes and heading into the bathroom. Settling down here with Pansy was even more amazing than he had thought it would be and every day, somehow, he fell more and more in love with her. After quickly washing his face and brushing his teeth he changed and walked back into their room to sit on the bed and wait for her to finish up. Running his fingers through his hair he mussed it up a bit more, just how she liked it.

"Alright, alright." Pansy sighed as he moved away, but was still smiling. She pulled some jeans out of the drawer she'd been digging in, tugging them on while Draco was in the bathroom. She picked up a shirt, walking over to the bed where he'd just sat down. Seeing him 'fixing' his hair, she couldn't help but smile even more widely and reach over to help him out, tracing her fingers through his blonde locks and pushing them around until they were in just the right amount of disarray. "Well, damn." She leaned down to kiss him, resisting the urge to shove him over backward on the bed and just climb up there. She behaved though, because apparently they had to go outside today. Finally she stood up straight again and pulled her shirt over her head, disappeared to the bathroom for a moment to brush her teeth, and then came back out tugging her hair all to rest over her shoulder and holding out her hand for him to take. "Ready?"

Draco smirked as she messed his hair up even further, as long as they weren't going anywhere public today she could do what she liked it with it. After all when Pansy was happy Draco was happy. <3 He ran a hand over her bare side as she pulled the shirt on then waited a bit longer as she quickly did her teeth. Taking her hand he stood and tugged to to the door, "Time to explore!" Running with her down the stairs and out the doors he couldn't help but laugh. He felt so lucky that he had found someone as amazing as Pansy with whom he could feel so free. As they ran across the grounds, still hand in hand, he looked at her and smiled. This was going to be an amazing day. He could already tell.

Pansy felt six years old running through their house and outside with him, and she wouldn't have traded it for anything in the world. She followed him out through their gardens, heading back toward the fields and the forest, slowing down as they neared the edge of the trees. She shut her eyes a moment, taking in a large lungful of the fresh air, the permanent smile still plastered across her face. They approached the small path that had been formed at the entrance to the wooded land. Most of it had no trails, but there was a short length of it leading into the forest, and that was where they started. "Where to?" She squeezed his hand, following just behind him on the skinny path.

He squeezed her hand and kept moving, "I don't know, I think there's a small cut off just down... here!" He moved the bushes to one side and squeezed through, holding them to one side for Pansy to slip through after him. As they kept going down the path Draco glanced back at her and smirked. Stopping he tugged a leaf from her hair, "Goodness Pans, I can't take you anywhere can I?"

Pansy blinked in surprise as he suddenly shoved some bushes to the side and stepped through, but she followed behind him anyway, keeping up as they moved down the trail, her hand still in his. When he stopped and smirked at her, she nearly asked what was so funny, but she didn't have to as he pulled a leaf from her hair. "Oh. I suppose you can't. Looks like we'll just have to stay in our room tomorrow." She pretended to be a bit disappointed, but it was probably no good. They started through the forest again and Pansy walked beside him, ducking under branches or climbing up over fallen trunks as she needed to.

Draco smiled at her and took her hand again, "I guess we will." After a few more minutes of walking and climbing over and around obstacles. Finally they emerged into a little clearing. As she stepped in front of him he moved behind her and wrapped his arms around her. Leaning down he pressed a kiss right below her ear and whispered to her, his lips brushing her skin when they moved. "Isn't it beautiful here? It reminds me of a fairytale."

Pansy went speechless as they entered the small clearing, resting her arms over his as he hugged her from behind. Her smile, if it had been big before, then I don't even know what it was right now. Merlin, Pansy was happy. If she sneezed it'd probably be rainbows right now she was so happy. "Very. I love it." She rested her head back against his chest, reaching up behind her with one hand to rest her hand on the back of his neck. Slowly she pulled away from him, weaving her fingers between his again and tugging him along behind her as she entered the clearing, wanting nothing more than to just walk through it and get a good look around.

Draco was smiling like a crazy person too. He was so absurdly happy right now that there weren't words for how he felt. When she pulled away and tugged him behind her, he followed, quickly catching up to her with long strides and wrapping an arm around her waist. As she walked the edge of the clearing he pointed out some different flowers and a couple of barely noticeable paths branching off it that they could explore later. As they walked around he spent most of the time looking at her, she looked beautiful as she looked around, the shadows dappling across her face and her alert eyes taking in as much as they could at once.

It was like there was too much to look at and her eyes couldn't possibly take it all in, so she settled for just looking at the things Draco pointed out to her unless something else really caught her eye. She stole glances up at his face on occasion as well, which only served to make her even happier. His arm around her was warm and comfortable, her husband's safe grip on her. She still got butterflies when she thought of him being her husband. It just seemed so crazy like it never would have happened, but she was glad it did, even if it did take her essentially dying for it to actually happen. She stopped walking and looked at him, reaching up to rest her hand on the back of his neck as she pulled him down into a kiss.

When she stopped he looked down at her, staring into her beautiful eyes. He loved her so much, every single inch of her. As her arms slid around his neck he wrapped his around her waist, lifting her slightly into the kiss. Every moment with her was absolutely perfect and he couldn't understand how it had taken him so long to notice her. Kissing her he slowly pulled back and smiled at her, unable to resist leaning in for another small kiss. Moving one of his arms he started to walk her back to one of the little trails, "I have something else to show you too"

Pansy melted into his kiss, knowing she would be happy to do that all day every day for the rest of her life. Finally when he pulled back, she turned to walk beside him. "What is it?" she followed him into the cover of the forest again, moving along the weaving path around overgrown bushes and under low-hanging vines and the like. "Draco, where are we going?" she laughed, looking up at him. 

He smiled at her, "You'll see in a second! Goodness Pansy we need to work on your patience now don't we?" As they rounded a corner in the trail he tugged on her waist, "Here we are." They were in one of the most beautiful places in the Malfoy forest. Pansy had stopped walking so he turned to her and ran a hand down the side of her face. "Come on Pans, don't stop now." With a grin he stepped back to her and quickly, before she could protest, he scooped her up in his arms. Holding his lovely bride in his arms Draco stepped over the little creek and carried her further into the forest.

Pansy paused, just staring at the scene before them. Wow. She smiled at him as he told her not to stop, laughing when he picked her up. She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed his jaw as he carried her across the creek. "Patience is overrated. Will you please tell me what it is?" she looked up at him, and just like she always did she was falling in love with him more and more every time. She looked ahead of them and ran her fingers absentmindedly through his hair as he walked. She rested her head against his chest, content for once to let him just hold her and carry her. 

Smiling, Draco made sure that he watched where he walked so he didn't fall with his precious cargo. As she played with his hair he pressed a kiss to the top of her head. "No Pansy, we're almost there," glancing around he spotted the little pathway that he wanted. "Right through here," Stepping down the little path they emerged into another clearing. "Now we're here. I found this place last summer and I've never shared it with anyone before now." Shifting her slightly in his arms he pulled her into a kiss, not willing to put her down yet.

She kissed him back a moment before pulling away to smirk at him. "I can't look at it if I'm kissing you." She climbed down from his arms and looked around, amazed by what she saw. "Draco this is beautiful." She reached over and took his hand leaning over against his shoulder. She wrapped an arm across his stomach and pulled him close to her. She was afraid to move further into it. It seemed that by moving into the clearing the very presence of a mere human would ruin the scene, but she moved forward anyway, walking cautiously and excitedly toward where the sun was filtering through the trees, letting go of Draco's hand as she did so.

Draco smiled as she hugged him then slowly moved further into the clearing. As she let go of his hand he didn't move, watching her explore. "I'm glad you like it" As she walked around the edges he sat down on a log near the little opening from the trail and relaxed back. As a breeze blew through the clearing all the little leaves on the floor swirled around Pansy's legs making her look like some sort of pagan forest goddess.

Pansy wished there was some way that she could just live right here, because really it was an impossibly beautiful spot. But building anything here would ruin it and take away from its perfect. Some wild things should just never be messed with and claimed by human hands. She watched the leaves dancing along the ground, finally walking over to sit beside Draco as she attempted to hold her hair over her shoulder and make it behave in the breeze. Apparently it was quite intent on not doing anything of the sort.

Draco wrapped an arm around her as she sat next to him and tugged on some of the flyaway hairs, tucking them behind her ears as best he could. He couldn't help but laugh as they all flew out again with the breeze, her hair going everywhere. He pulled her into more of a hug, wrapping both arms around her and resting his head on hers. If only they could spend their whole lives here, in this beautiful little hollow together.

That last sentence made it sound a little sad, but this is the freaking AU where Pans and Draco are happy all over the place and it's freaking fantastic. She smiled at him as he tried to help get her hair to stay down, but the wind had other ideas. Finally giving up on it, she just let the wind take it swirling over her shoulder as she put her arms around him, leaning into his chest as they embraced. "How is it possible that every day with you is better than yesterday?" Cheesy? Yes. Does Pansy care? No.

Draco smiled and pressed a kiss to the top of her head, "I guess it's because I'm so damn amazing." He laughed and tickled her side slightly, "I don't know Pans, I could ask you the same thing though." Instead of waiting for an answer he moved her in his arms and pulled her up into a kiss again. He couldn't go more than five minutes without her kisses now, the idea of being apart from her for longer than it took to go pee was absurd.
