"Hey, Flinto Bean. What's up?"

Penny froze when she saw Barty. she started internally freaking out and her eyes went wide

"Nothing really. You?" He says as he casually steps closer, tightly gripping his wand in his pocket.

"Oh, the usual," Barty said, nonchalantly, his tongue tongue grazing along his front teeth, "Since I'm not on the Quidditch team, I have a lot of leisure time."

"Yeah? What kind of stuff do you do in that leisure time?"

"Read, mostly. Ministry of Magic cases amongst other things," Barty flashed a glare at him, "What's it to you what I do in my leisure time? Focus on your own things, Flinty Belly Button."

He returns the glare and steps closer. "Oh you know. Just wondering. So, have you slept with any more girls and then obliviated them??? or just Penny?"

Penny curled up on the couch, bringing her knees to her chin. she squeezed her eyes shut

Evan walks into the room because I got a PM. He notices the tension in the room, and the fact that his sister is shaking like a muggle under the cruciatus, his eyes flicking between the room's occupants. He settles for glaring until he knows a little more.

Marcus looked over at Evan and got this great feeling inside. "Hey Evan. Have you met Barty before?"

Evan stares between Marcus and Barty with a blank face and even voice.

"No, don't believe I have. Evan Rosier," he says, walking right up to Barty as if he's going to shake his hand, his face still blank and cold.

And Barty rolls his eyes at Marcus, "No, actually, I don't. Not my fault your girl is promiscuous and likes to party with Parvati. Maybe you shouldn't assume. Makes an ass out of you and me." He then leaves to the Defence room to dieeee.

Penny looks up when she hears her brother come in and sees the rapist leave. she let out a sigh of relief

Marcus rolls his eyes and walks back over to Penny and pulled her up into a hug and whispered in her ear. "Don't worry, he's gone."

[YOU GOT ONE HIT WHEN YOU HIT FLEUR, YOU MEANIE]

[*growls*]

Evan shoves his hand through his hair, makes for the exit to follow the slick little fucker, but hesitates to look back at Penny.

"You alright?"

[I MAY LET YOU HIT ME. IT DEPENDS ON SKYPE.]

[brilliant! if I can, Ev will catch you up in a hallway, and then hit you, and then you can continue on! ]

[don't assume. grill him. basically summing up our convo.]

she nodded slowly "yea..."

[Yeah, Barty can't fist fight. So, it should be easy for you.]

"That was the guy? The guy that....?"

[well yeah I was thinking that he'd bolt? so can we? *puppy eyes*]

Marcus turned around and looked at Evan. "Yeah that's Barty."

[Yeah, go for it.]

"Right," Evan mutters. Shit, he'd given the weedy little fucker a head start, he'd have to move. He turns on his heel, decisive this time, and stalks out of the common room.
