she nodded slowly, becoming slightly scared. "Evan...you're not getting into trouble are you?" she worried about him because he was all she really had left since their parents died. "i mean, i understand, i just...i worry about you..." she looked down

[I know! Poor Evan.... all he knows is shagging girls, drinking, being an ass, and being evil. He could tell Penny about shagging girls instead? LMAO]

Evan looks down at his sister, really noticing her fear for the first time. He knew it was necessary, but damn, he didn't want to scare the poor kid. He knocks his hand under her chin lightly, forcing her to look up, and grins at her so she knows everything is ok.

"Hey, you listen to me, Pen. You don't need to go worryin' about me, I'm taking care of things just fine. Nothin's gonna happen to me, ok? And nothin's gonna happen to you, either. But after what happened to Mother and Father, I'd be a damned moron if I didn't make sure you could look out for yourself."

[AHAHAHA. yes that would go over real well. i almost feel awkward making Penny kinda wimpy-ish next to her BAMF big brother]

she looked up at him and nodded once to show she understood. "thanks Ev..." said quietly

He smiles a real smile, probably for the first time since I actually made this account.

"Don't mention it, Pen. No, really, don't. If you tell anyone I was actually nice to you, I'll slap you."

He might be kidding. He's not sure yet. Ok, he's probably kidding, he'd never slap his little sister. Unless she really deserved it, then it would be all her fault anyway, right? The song ends and he steps back, reaches into his pocket, and pulls out a flask. He takes a long slug, then holds it out to her.

"Drink?"

She scoffed and smirked "oh you mean big tough evan rosier caught being nice to his sister?" she laughed and took the flask from him, taking a long swig and feeling the alcohol warm her insides "thanks"

[Evan Rosier - Inactive]

He rolls his eyes.

"I wasn't kidding about slapping you, Pen."

He takes back his flask, secretly impressed with the amount his little sister managed to put away in one hit. Then again, she is a Rosier. He takes another swig himself, looking around at the tumbleweeds filling the dance floor.

"This party is shit."

she laughed a bit. "got that right. nothing going on!" she grabbed for the flask again. drinking always made things suck less

[Evan Rosier - Inactive]

He motions for her to keep that flask and fishes out his spare from the other pocket.

"Does nobody in this pathetic hovel know how to have any fuckin' fun? Where the hell are they all?"

she shrugged and gratefully took the flask. of course Evan would have more than one on him. that was a given. she shook her head and took a swig "dunno but if people don't show soon I might just leave"

[I have to get back to work in a sec. le sigh]

Evan shrugs.

"Whatever. I reckon I shoulda stayed at the Hog's Head. Might just write the night off, though."

[aww. that's alright. i should sleep soon anyway. i need to be functioning by 9 am. urgh.]

she scoffed. "yea. well...." she couldn't think of a rebuttal "you're probably right" she laughed

[Evan Rosier - Inactive]

[eeeeew 9am! *stabs*]

Evan snorts. Of course he's right.

"I'm outta here. Night, little sis. I'll want that flask back when you're done."

He kisses her forehead roughly, then turns and walks out of the prom, kicking tumbleweeds as he goes.

[that's how i feel. and it's for work. even better. not.]

"Night Ev." she smirks at his comment about the flask and contemplates whether or not to keep it for a while. she finishes it off and decides this is lame and heads out

Petunia runs in searching for something to do, and trying to forget what happened in the tower.

Bella walks in and leans against a wall, bored.

Fabian wanders into prom once more, still thinking about Viktor with a happy smile on his face.

Lily had been talking to Sev, and decided to get punch. Telling him, she got up, making her way around the dance floor.

[Prom thread 3, I think. FABTOR IS HAPPENING. And Fabian is gay. And has a cute pink tux on right now. XD]

Fabian saw Lily near by and walked over to her. "Hey," he said, recognizing her from Hermione's cub's birth. "Lily, right?"

[Ah. Cute. So...between the two of them there is far too much red, purple, and pink? XD Her hair and dress, and his suit. ]

Lily looked up as a cute boy in a pink tux walked over. She realized after a moment he was the friend of Hermione's who had helped her deliver. Fay..Fabian. She smiled slightly, and nodded. "Yeah, Fabian, right? Hermione's friend? "

Layla comes in, dateless and sad. She wanders over to the drink table and grabs a drink. She looks around at the people and goes and sits at a table, all by her lonesome.

Trent walks in looking all tall, dark and handsome like. He's wearing skinny jeans, a white t-shirt and a brown leather jacket. He sits in an empty seat.

She smiles at the boy that just walked in. She remembers Jade's advice and stays at her own table. Hopefully, someone she recognized would come along soon.

Trent nods to the girl then takes his extremely worn out copy of 1984 out of his back pocket and begins to reread.

Trent stands up and puts the book back in his pocket. He walks over to where Layla is sitting and sits in the seat next to her. "I'm Trent."
