Regulus walks downstairs, noting the giant blob of jello that vaguely resembled a human. Pointedly ignoring her, he sat by the fire polishing his broomstick. No Tam, not the metaphorical one.

[Poor Millie]

Megan looked up from her chair [I just realized I was still in here, crap.] and saw that boy from the Lake. The one with the temper. She watched him for a moment, tilting her head in curiosity.

Regulus noticed Megan looking at him, and half-smiled in her direction. He was quite aware he hadn't made the best impression yesterday, but decided there was nothing he could do about it now anyway.

She returned the smile, strangely intrigued by this boy. "Hey, Regulus."

Cormac walks in to the dorm and sees Regulus, he runs over to Reg. "How'd it go with Viktor!" Cormac basically yells in Reg's ear.

Megan started, eyes wide. Holy shit. Who knew Cormac was so loud?

Regulus laughed at Cormac. "I haven't seen him yet, we're meeting up later!" he grinned. "Though, I did spend some time with him at the lake last night. He's not so bad," he replied. He turned to Megan again. "Hey... er, well, shit. I forgot your name," he admitted.

She shrugged. "It's ok. It's Megan."

[Cause I have a first name finally! Yay me! hehee]

"Well hey there, Megan," he said, trying his hardest not to be shy. He was having a somewhat easier time today, at least. He got up and walked over to her. "Mind if I join you?" he asked.

Megan moved her legs to make more room. "Yeah, of course, have a seat."


[BTW, all the Hufflepuff banners are gone from the banner collection ]

[No, we just never had any. Nobody made them]

Regulus smiled at her and sat down. "So, uh, I didn't really get to speak to you yesterday. What year are you?" he asked, attempting to be polite and social, neither of them things he was very good at.

[Oh...I thought I'd seen some. My Bad. Damn I want some haha]

"Seventh, unfortunately." She shrugged and smiled. "What about you?"

[Beg Pansy or Lily? They both make banners.]

"Fifth year," he said. "So, uh... er... yeah." Regulus is an awkward turtle and is bad at social interaction.

"Oh." Cormac replies but sees Reg is busy. So he goes and sits on the couch with millicents butt still imprinted in it.

Pansy came out from the girls dormitory, trying unsuccessfully to shove another book into her full schoolbag.

Megan tried to stifle a giggle. This guy was so strange. "You don't need to be shy, Reg. Just say anything. Like... Do you like Quidditch?"

Regulus grinned at that, holding up the broomstick he was still polishing. "Clearly. I'm seeker, didn't you know?" he asked, noticing Pansy walk in. He waved at her, wanting to get to know her better. He'd heard some interesting things about that girl.

Megan laughed and held up her hands. "hey, it was an easy start. Haha, how's the team doing? I havent been to any games yet."

"Well, but better soon," he smirked, unable to help but brag, because he's kind of a douche about quidditch like James. "I'm getting lessons from Viktor Krum today. The Viktor Krum."

[Yeah. He's not shutting up about that. Prick.]

"He was at the Lake yesterday, too!" Megan's eyes widened in excitement. "Reg, you're so lucky! Viktor Krum's going to teach you?" She giggled. "If you're a quick learner, I'm sure you'll lead the team to the Cup! Not that I doubt your skill now, Ive never seen you play, of course, but with Krum teaching you!-"

[Yep. He's a prick. I never said that...]

Pansy looked up as Regulus waved her over, and she went to sit on the couch, still attempting to shove her book in her bag.

Reg's grin widened, seeing her reaction. "Oh, I know I'm already awesome. But yeah, that's why me and Viktor were hanging out, we were talking about quidditch and flying lessons," he said, setting his broomstick on the side. He smiled at Pansy as she sat down beside them. "Hey there," he said with an awkward turtle smile.

"Reg you're so modest." She teased. Noticing Pansy sit down , she said, "Hey, Pansy, you alright there?"
