A Field in Hogsmeade

She sat there and just enjoyed being happy. "I just. Never thought..once I told you about what happened. I thought you'd be angry with me.." She pulled back a bit, to look at him, but still kept her arms wrapped around his waist. "But let's just forget about that." She smiled sweetly.

He sighed and kissed her forehead "I was a little upset, but it's not like we were officially together yet. And you were honest and up front about it and I respect that." he smiled and gave her a small kiss on the lips

She closed her eyes and kissed him back lightly, a small smile on her face. Even though it was a small kiss, the feeling was so right. This is what was missing when she kissed Seamus. Butterflies fluttered in her stomach and she gave him another small kiss on he lips.

He smiled into the kiss, happier than he'd been in a while. He put a hand behind her head and pressed lightly, keeping their faces close. His tongue slipped out and waited for Lavender to let him in.

She slowly raised her hands to the sides of his face. She parted her lips, letting her tongue slide out to meet with his. What felt like electricity was cursing through her veins with every touch. She couldn't remember the last time she was this happy, or if she was ever this happy before.

As soon as her tongue slid out to meet his he felt a jot of electricity run through him. This was so right, he just knew it. He allowed his tongue to explore her mouth as his hand got even more tangled into her hair, pulling himself closer to her

She let her hands slide down to trace along his upper arms and chest. He wasn't overly muscular, which is what she loved. She was starting to feel a heat rise up from her stomach, and spread all over her body. It wasn't unpleasant, quite the opposite really. It made her feel...safe and happy. She couldn't keep a smile off her face, which made it a little hard for kissing. She pulled back for a moment and smiled at him.

Louis grinned like this:

and rested his forehead against hers, breathing a little heavily. "Why is it I always seem to get carried away when I'm with you?" he chuckled lightly

She grinned back and whispered. "I don't mind.." She giggled. "Maybe we should take things slow though." She didn't really know if that's what she wanted, but she's seen many relationships fail when they rushed into things.

He laughed lightly "Maybe we should. Should we maybe head back to the castle? since this date has been going on for two weeks... Not that I want to stop spending time with you, but if we stay here longer, I don't know if I'll be able to contain myself" he laughed a little sheepishly.

"Yeah, we probably should. I wouldn't want to take advantage of you not being able to contain yourself. " She giggled. "I don't really want this night to end." She blushed happily. "I can't wait to see you again to tell you about me and Dom's fight."

He smiled and took her hand in his "I don't either, but taking advantage of me wouldn't be very nice" He laughed and stood up, waving his wand to pack up everything and sending it back to the castle. "Shall we?"

She smiled and grabbed his hand, making sure to stand as close as possible. "Let's go." She pouted a little, not wanting to say goodnight, but she knew they had the long walk back up to the castle to enjoy together. "Thank you so much for all this. It was more than amazing. I can't even..Just..Thank you." She stood on her tip toes to give him a kiss on the cheek.

He smiled "You deserve it. You're an amazing girl Lavender, and I'm lucky to call you my girlfriend" and they walked happily back to the castle where he gave her a soft kiss goodnight and sent her to her dorms before walking to his own, thinking happy thoughts and having happy dreams.
