The Whomping Willow

"Okay, sounds good." Hannah smiled, then remembered she had somewhere too be. "Well," She said, "I was actually on my way somewhere before that tree hit me. I better be off. I'll see you around, okay?"

"Sounds good," he grinned. "It was really nice to meet you Hannah. Hopefully I'll see you sometime real soon." With that...both of them poofed. WOOT WOOT.

Harry is here for Parv or Milli.

Parvati is walking around the grounds when she spots Harry. Oh the boy who lived. He was....so cute. She walked up behind him and placed her hand lightly on his shoulder. "Hi Harry." She said and removed her hand, once she was sure she got his attention.

Harry spun around to face Parvati, and his hair was all awesome and supermegafoxyawesomehot and this was a great post, just saying. "Hey Parvati."

She smiled at him and looked him up and down subtly. "You look nice today." She said with a small smile still on her face. "How are you?"

Harry Freakin' Potter looks nice every day, just sayin'.

"You look nice, too, Parvati," he said, winking at her because Parv is really hot and stuff and Harry would so tap that. "I've been good, how about you?"

She smiled at him as he winked at her and stepped closer to him, because she liked being close to whoever she was talking to, if it was a guy that it. "I've been pretty good. Happy to be back in school you know? Get to see all my friends again."

Harry nodded in agreement. "Yeah, that's always nice. Getting away from my aunt, uncle, and cousin is like Christmas coming early. Did you have a good summer, though?" he asked, leaning back to show off all his muscles. But he didn't do it on purpose. Harry Potter's muscles have a mind of their own and they like to show off for Parvati Patil. Yup yup.

"Yeah! It was great really! Went to Venezuela with the family!" She said with a huge grin. "It was so much fun...we hung out at the beach every day and..." She trailed off as he leaned back, showing off his muscles. Damn, was he fine. She leaned a little more towards him and smiled. "Stuff like that." She said, finally finishing her statement.

"That sounds like fun!" Harry said. He liked her smile. It was cute and sexy at the same time. He couldn't help but smile himself. "My cousin and aunt weren't as bad this summer, but my uncle was terrible, as usual."

She gave him a sympathetic look and placed her hand lightly on his arm. "Oh, I'm sorry Harry, but I mean just think on the bright side, pretty soon you will be able to move out and never see them again. Right?" She asked, a small smile on her face.

Harry nodded. "Yeah, thank Merlin. At least I get out of that house for a few months during the year. What's your home life like? And how is your sister? I haven't talked to her really since the DA days ended."

She shrugged. "It's pretty nice." She said and smiled. "I mean, my parents are wizards so it's not like I am alone. You know? And I have Padma there so it's pretty nice." She said and smiled at him again, she could never help but smile when she was around him. "Padma is doing good, she's in Ravenclaw, you know, so I don't really get to talk to her all that much."

Harry and Parvati had a long, nice talk that somehow ended up in a lovely shag.

Seamus dashed over to the Whomping Willow for absolutely no reason at all, other than to meet his best mate! He runs around for a few minutes, dodging the swinging branches until he reaches a knot in the roots. Plopping down on it, he smiles to himself as the tree froze.

Dean was strolling along when he spotted Seamus messing with the Whomping Willow. He sprinted over. "SEAMUS! WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?!" He hit Seamus in the shoulder playfully. "Feel like I haven't seen you in aaaages."

"DEAN!!!" he leaps up when he sees him, them quickly throws himself back on the ground as the tree came to life again. "Another family emergency back in Ireland, but it's all good now! How have you been!? Anything new go on while I was gone?" He squirms in his seat, wanting to jump up and bounce around like a dork.

Dean watches the tree apprehensively. "Let's move a bit away from this thing." He started walking away while he spoke. "Not a whole lot. There's a costume party coming up. Luna and I are going together." He tried to not grin like a loon, but failed.

Seamus sat for a second, then made a furious dash to get out of the tree's reach. He turned to Dean with a grin as he caught up to him. "Luna, eh? Anything new going on I should know about?" He winked suggestively. "I mean, if I didn't know any better, I'd call that a date!"

He grinned, not hiding it this time. "That's why I think, but she agreed to go as friends. I'm going to tell her how I feel though. I don't want to lie anymore. I actually wanted to talk to you about the party. I was talking to Angela last night. She's really lonely. I thought it would be perfect if you two went together. She's got it in her mind that no guy will ever like her. Which is CRAZY!" He shook his head.

"Angela?!" he couldn't help but burst out laughing. "Now, why would she think that? It's the most rediculus thing I've ever heard!" He paused for a moment, trying to remember the last of what Dean said. "Are you saying I should ask her?" He thought for a moment about Lavender, then shook his head. "I mean, even if I did ask her, I don't think I could really handle another . . rejection."

"Oh! I already talked to her about it! She's cool if you're cool! Don't worry, Angypie wouldn't play you like Lavender did." He hoped saying the name wouldn't make him go all sad clown on him. "She's a really sweet girl She couldn't hurt someone if she wanted to. Either way, you HAVE to go to the party. It's going to be awesome!"

He smiled slightly at this. "Well, I guess if I see her around I could ask. I didn't even know she noticed me, though," he said, gazing up at the castle as they drew nearer. "It really couldn't hurt. Besides, I wanna see what goes on when you two are around each other. Just as long as you two don't go snogging in a corner."

"Well, she's one of my best friends and you're one of my best friends. It's hard for her not to notice. Of course, you know how protective I am of her. So, you watch yourself." He was, of course, completely serious but he laughed so there wasn't tension. "And don't worry. Luna isn't like that. So, any ideas what you would want to wear for your costume?"
