The Entrance Hall

Parvati frowned and reached over to Al's lap, gently grabbing his hand and giving it a small squeeze. "I'm sorry, Al." She said with a sigh. "I'm sure things will get better though like the end of the school year is coming up. He has to talk to you, right? He's probably just been really busy with stuff." She said, giving him a small smile. "Alvin, I've never told you about him? Alvin is my baby." She said very seriously.

"Really busy? Too busy to tell me where he's always going? Parv, I don't remember the last time we had sex," he told her, figuring that maybe that would make her realize what was going on. He smiled as she held his hand and leaned against her shoulder. "Your...your baby?"

"Oh my god." She said, her eyes widening slightly. "Well don't worry about it. I am sure he has a perfect excuse as to why he hasn't been around recently." She said with a small smile. "Yeah my baby boy." She said with a small nod. "Do you want to come with me to meet him?" She asked as she stood up off the bench, still holding his hand as she stood in front of him. "You can meet my parents too."

"He better," he mumbled under his breath. "Wait, meet your parents? Now? Parv, I can't," he told her as he stood up. "I'm dressed...like a bum or something. They're going to hate me. And who the hell is Alvin?"

"Yes my parents like the people who gave birth to me and raised me." She said as she pulled him closer to her. "Yes you can. Shut up you don't look like a bum. You look nice." She told him as she started walking towards the doors that led outside. "Alvin is my baby. Didn't you hear me?" She asked as she looked over at him with a small grin.

"Don't be so sarcastic," he teased as he nudged her in the side. "And yes, I do. I haven't shaved in forever and I'm wearing a worn out leather jacket. I look like a hot mess," he huffed. "Okay, fine. Be vague." He smiled as he stuck his tongue out at her. Maybe meeting Parvati's parents would be a perfect distraction for him.

"Don't tell me what to do." She said, bumping his hip with her own. Parvati turned so she was in front of him and let go of his hand as she gently ran her hands down the front of his chest, feeling the zipper of his jacket as she looked his outfit over. "I like it. It gives you like this vibe but like a good vibe." She told him with a small nod before moving back to his side and grabbing his hand again as she started walking towards the door. "Just come on. I promise you will love Alvin." She told him as they stepped out the doors.
