The Redwall Series, by Brian Jacques

Did anyone else read these?
I am doing a reread of the series as a memorial for him, since he died on the fifth.
I am through Mossflower, and plan to do about one a day.

I love his writing. The descriptions, the dialogue, just everything is beautiful.
I especially love how the different species have such different characteristics. Like the different patterns of speech and accents for each.
Hares and moles are tied for first place in favourite accents. "Wot wot old chap" and "Burr hurr oi do surely loike poi" are really hard to beat.
When my brother and I read these for the first time, we used to pick a species and speak like them in public for the day.

Does anyone have a favourite book in the series? I can't pick for the life of me!
Also, has anyone listened to the audiobook? They are full cast, narrated by Brian Jacques, but the dialogue is a new voice per character. They are great!

I own a whole bunch, and I've read them all.
They are seriously amazing.

I think my favourite is Redwall. I think.
It's so hard to even think about choosing a favourite.

There are audiobooks of most of them!
I own High Rhulain and Rakkety Tam, and my brother has Salamandastron.

I own all of them up to Eulalia. My collection stops after that. I haven't read Eulalia either.
I love The Pearls of Lutra.
And Taggerung.
And Marlfox.
And Lord Brocktree.
And The Outcast of Redwall.
And Rakkety Tam.
And High Rhulain.
And...
I LOVE ALL OF THEM.

I don't think I can narrow my favourites...
