I've tried all of my weird techie tricks and it won't get smaller. And also as long as you are in the chat that black box won't appear. That's a separate application called Growl I think and in your system preferences where you can turn it off.

THE LAYOUT IS HORRIBLE.
THE FONT IS SIX POINT SIZES BIGGER THAN NECESSARY.
THE POSTS ARE TOO SPACED OUT.
THE TYPING BOX IS TOO SMALL.
THE CONTACTS LIST IS ALL UP IN MY CHAT WINDOW ALL UP IN MY VIDEO WINDOW.
