Edge of the Forbidden Forest

"I wasn't daydreaming," she said defensively. Of course she'd been daydreaming, but she wasn't about to admit that to a perfect stranger. "I was... studying. I have a photographic memory." She could have kicked herself when she blushed. No matter what she made her body look like, she always blushed! And speaking of photographic memory, her mind had just conjured up a memory of Dean, drinking himself into oblivion at the Hogs Head. Angel reminded her of him just then. "Really, you can tell me. Unless you'd rather just share?" There. That sounded better. More natural.

Angel laughed and opened his robe, on one side there was fire whiskey and on the other butterbeer. "Take your pick, I'm not worried about running out."

Danni grinned, grabbing a firebeer, and couldn't help but brush her hands against his abs, just to see. "Thanks. I've been needing this." She sighed again and sat down, resting her back against the trunk of an enormous tree. "I haven't seen you around before. You new?"

[Actually, not so deevious. It will be drama llama-y though. Definitely.]

He grinned at how she reacted and sat to the side of Danni but didn't quite touch the tree. Angel popped the butterbeer open and took a hearty swig, "Yeah, I'm new." He examined her again, glad to be closer, and exclaimed in his head, damn!. He half choked half cleared his throat. "I'm good at disapearing too." he thought about wether that sounded cocky or not, but with his dark eyes and hair it was easy to blend in anywhere. "So what do you need fire beer for?" he asked grinning again now that he'd cornered her into answering. He did after all, have the firebeer.

"My dad died a while back," she said simply in response. It wasn't really lying, but it wasn't exactly the truth. "Disappearing, huh?" She tried to change the subject.

Damn slytherins change the topic too well he thought. atleast she wasn't asking any more personal questions He sighed, "Yeah, disappearing." Angel took a giant swig from the butterbeer. It wasn't special, he just didn't want to be around people and hung in the shadows when he was forced to "interact". He wouldn't tell her that, just let her wonder. "You particularly good at anything?" He was trying hard to make conversation, not something he was good at.

Joel comes running through the forest, holding a large sack and his wand in front of him. Spotting Danni and Angel, he stops and yells a quick. "Hi!!" and continues on his way into the darkness. A loud scream echoes a mere few seconds later, with a shout of "SPARKELUS MAXIM!!". then it all goes quiet.

Running back out, this time with a very shocked looking unicorn thrown over his shoulder and a pissed sparkling centaur trailing him, he again stops to say hi to Angel and Danni and then makes his way into the Castle.

*hexes the sparkly centaur so he trips and falls and completely forgets he saw anything*

THANK YOU!! -yell comes from somewhere in the castle-

"Wow. Joel is... interesting." She hesitates before answering his question, but she's getting a good vibe off him. "I'm a Metamorphmagus. I guess that's special."

The Butterbeer almost fell out of his mouth when he heard 'metamorphagus'. "So are you changed right now?" Angel replaced the butterbeer that almost fell out with a throat full of bitter sweetness.

"Um... yeah a bit," she confesses. "You're okay with that, right? It scares some people."
[Listening to Starstrukk! ]

*Dean was going for a walk in the Forest to get some alone time when he hears people talking.*

Uhh...Hello? Is someone out here?

"Dean!" Danni's excited, but she tries not to show it. "Dean, this is Angel."

Oh! Hey Danni! Long time no see!*he smiles widely* Hey Angel, I'm Dean

Danni realizes that she's alone in the forest with two of the most gorgeous boys at Hogwarts, smiles, and blushes furiously.

*is suddenly supicious of why Danni was out here with another guy, alone. Starts to get sad, but thinks it could be innocent*

i'd still hit that "Naw, it takes a lot to really bug me." the sparkly centaur skipped merrily by like dorothy from wizard of oz. "That bugs me a little..." He chugged the last of the butterbeer and started in on a firebeer. He felt the need for a little bit of manlyness after the rather odd show the centaur put on.

Angel looked Dean up and down and took a massive swig of firebeer, he would need it to stand the number of people now around him. "Hey," he said with a mildly hoarse voice from the massive swallow. "Like she said, I'm Angel." saying his name almost made him cringe.

"Um, I was just walking when I ran into Angel and we started talking and drinking." She's starting to feel a bit tipsy. She offers Dean some Firewhiskey. "Want some?"
