Though I'd go for Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Guns N' Roses, Poison, Iron Maiden, Slayer, Metallica... yeah.

I listen to a very, and I mean very, limited bit of Sabbath and Maiden... just a few of the classics.

As for melodic death, I'm all for Dark Tranquility <3
