Reflection.

And I find it really awkward to look into eyes. Every time I pass anyone in the halls, I look at the walls instead, no matter who it is.

I'd go with fear of looking up.

BUT WYR have Scolionophobia (school) or Isolophobia (yourself/being alone)?
