Near the Windows

Louis smiled "Hey Vic. got everything unpacked?"

"Nope, I'm sorry," she said half-heartedly. "I can't leave you alone and I love messing with whatever game you supposedly have with girls. Hi Victoire!" she said excitedly. "Have a nice rest of the train ride?"

"Hey Louis. Nope, I just threw everything on my bed, as usual. And hi, Dom! It was fine, I guess. I just hung out with some of the Puffs." Am I friends with any Puffs? I don't remember... Hmm.

Louis nodded and rolled his eyes at his two younger sisters. Merlin knew he loved them but they could be a right pain in the arse sometimes. "Of course you did. I should probably get to seeing some of the other Claws"

"Oh, well that's great then! Much better than being around all the cousins. They were a right pain in the arse," she said before turning to Louis. "Right. Don't want to be seen with your two sisters. We might ruin your image," she said rolling her eyes.

Louis laughed "Aw c'mere!" He pulled her in for a hug, laughing, knowing she would try to get out of it "You know I love you guys!"

"Oh, ew!" she complained half-heartedly. "Seriously Louis, I don't know where your hands have been!" she said, shuddering and trying to get out of the hug. She finally gave up and stood still, patting his arm as he hugged her. "Alright, alright," she said after a moment. "Okay! Jeez! You can let go! I love you too, alright?" she said.

Victoire just watches and laughs, glad that she did not have to be suffocated.

Louis laughed at Dom's reaction and let her go "C'mere Vic, you're next!" He moved from Dom to wrap Victoire in a bear hug

"No, you can't do this! NO!" she cries dramatically as she is dragged from her seat. She moves her free arm to pat Louis on the head. "You can let go of me at any time, you know."

"Aww, you don't like my hugs Vic? I'm hurt!" he laughed and let go of his other sister "I should get going though. If you girls need anything let me know."

"Alright, will do," Dom said after laughing over Victoire's obvious discomfort. "Bye Louis!" she said, waving goodbye to her older brother. "Ready for another year?" she asked her sister.

"See you, Louis," Victoire says, waving him off. She turns to her sister and nods. "Definitely. This year will be a breeze. I don't have to worry about OWLs or NEWTs like you and Louis do. But don't worry too much about OWLs. You're smart, you'll be fine."

"Everyone keeps telling me not to worry, but I still can't help but do so. I mean, I suppose that Teddy has it worse. NEWTs are a lot more stressful than OWLs. So err, speaking of Teddy," she said carefully, "You two seemed awfully...close at the last family gathering."

"Darn you and your all-seeing eyes," she says. "We've always been friends, but yeah, I guess I like him. You can't tell anyone, Dom, or I will hurt you. Mark my words. I may be the Puff of the family, but I know a guy," she threatens.

Dom really isn't that surprised when Victoire admitted to having some sort of feelings for Teddy. Hell, by the way the two acted, it wasn't any surprise really. "Well," she said smiling. "I won't tell a soul, especially not Teddy. Unless... you want me to drop hints," she said. "But I promise to not do anything unless you want me to. After all, I very much so like living."

Victoire thinks for a moment about Dom's offer. Hints would be helpful, actually, she thinks. "Yeah, if you want to drop subtle hints, than that's fine. You can't be too obvious." She smiles at her awesome, helpful little sister. "But if you ever cross me, I have my guy on standby." She nods vigorously. "Never mind what Mum and Dad would say if you died. They'd never know it was me."

"Okay," she agreed. "I'm the master with being subtly. Well, most of the time. Unless some one really deserves being told that they are being a no good arse. I'll just be sure to casually mention your name every now and then," she said nodding. "And sheesh! I promise! I won't do anything that'll threaten my well being, alright? Plus, how would mum and dad feel if they found out their favourite daughter was gone? Not very good."

"Good, good. Wait, you think you're the favorite? Ha, yeah right! They love me, their firstborn daughter better, of course. You're just the troublesome extra, is all. It'll be alright." She pats her sister on the back dramatically. "One day you'll be loved. One day."

"What! I'm not extra! I am in no way a spare daughter," she glared. Being the youngest....sucks. "You are just....urgh! You and Louis are both just cruel individuals! Thank Merlin we are not in the same house. I can't even imagine what it would be like if we were around each other even more."

"Cruel individual? Me? I think you're a bit confused there, dear sister. I am definitely the nicer one. I mean, really, the Hat put me in Hufflepuff. I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to be nice, and hardworking, and unafraid of toil. And I am all of those things. And you, Dom, you are just mean. But I forgive you because you're helping me with Teddy." She ruffles Dom's hair, grinning.

Dom disagreed completely. She was in no way, shape, or form the mean one. No, no, no. Just because she spoke her mind and had quite the temper, didn't make her the mean Weasley-Delacour. "Well, if that's really what you think," she said shortly. She ducked when Vic started to mess with her hair and immediately complained. "Don't touch the hair," she whined. "I had it done nicely, and now look at what you did! Little knots everywhere. Perhaps I should just sit at my house table and let you join your nice little Puffs."

Victoire rolls her eyes. "It's not that hard to use a brush, Dom. It doesn't even look that bad. Here, let me fix it." She pushes Dom onto the bench and conjures up a brush with her magic wand. She runs the brush through Dom's hair a few times, and then she does something with it that makes it really pretty and whatever. "There. Now you no longer look like a night troll."

Dom allowed her sister to brush her hair, glancing around the Great Hall as Victoire did so because it must have been an odd sight. It would also be extremely embarrassing to have people see your older sister brush your hair for you. "Well thanks," she said, gently pushing Victoire away. "And I thought you said it wasn't that bad! In my books, a night troll is pretty damn bad!"
