It's the longest one out, it's like... 1100 pages or something ridiculous, given how tiny the font is.. but I finished it in a day, basically, because I couldn't put it down.
You will not sleep, you will pull an all nighter. So much better than the others-- you literally cannot put it down because the plot twists and action is ridiculous. The second book feels as slow as Fellowship of the Ring compared to this one.

He doesn't really develop it at all, it's clear it was just to please his (mostly male) readers. Basically, Daeny is super horny one night and starts masturbating, and Irri and her sleep together every night, so Irri wakes up from her moaning and promptly removes Daeny's hand and starts eating her out. LOVELY I KNOW. Not really well written, either.. It's not detailed, none of them are. But yeah, after that it just mentions them doing that an awful lot... Daeny's one horny bitch queen.

THERE IS ONE REALLY REALLY REALLY HOT SEX SCENE BUT I CAN'T TELL YOU WHO IT'S BETWEEN BECAUSE IT IS SO SPOILER HEAVY IT WOULD KILL YOU.

There are Samwell chapters... but they are not exciting, and he isn't with Jon for the entire book. You see Jon once in the first bit, and that's it, because they part ways... which is really sad.

I just want to remind everyone that I fucking love Jaime.

He also gained even more respect from me a few chapters ago. Cersei was being a bitch and homophobic and shit and talking about how Loras is an abomination who she doesn't want around Tommen, because he's gay and all, and Jaime pretty much told her to grow the fuck up, because Loras is more of a man than anyone else on the Kingsguard, gay or not. She's so fucking stupid, it makes me mad-- I used to love Cersei, even admire her, but now I see how she's changed, and I see myself in her, and all the qualities I dislike about myself in her, and I hate her for it. But she hates Loras solely because of his sexuality, and refuses to believe he has no interest in women. She's now convinced that Loras and Margaery are sleeping together, which is just the stupidest thing anyone can possibly think of; it's not a spoiler really, so I don't mind telling you. But yeah, she's convinced that they're fucking, despite them being siblings-- EARTH TO CERSEI, NOT EVERYONE IS AN INCESTUOUS FREAK LIKE YOU.

ANYWAY, ANOTHER REASON JAIME IS WIN: He legit just told Cersei that the only reason she hates Loras and every other gay man is because they don't want to titty-fuck her. I'm dying of laughter, she just slapped him for his insolence, but hey, she deserved it.

But yeah. It makes me respect Jaime that he sees people as more than their sexualities.

Please don't tell me Jaime gets even more sexy... I won't be able to not fall in love with him and his sexy evil ways.

... If you want the honest answer, physically, he gets WAY less sexy... but I can't tell you why, because that's insanely spoiler heavy.
But yeah. He's physically less sexy, but his personality develops a lot, as does Cersei's, and he's a lot more attractive now to me than he ever was because of the way he is now.
He's more of a 'real man' I guess would be one way of looking at it-- he's matured a hell of a lot, while Cersei's basically going insane and cracking.

Also, I never thought I'd see the day I didn't ship Cersei/Jaime... but I don't anymore.
I started disliking them as a pairing by end of book three, but now I totally ship Jaime and someone else.

Actually I did that for all the books but Feast of Crows which I sorta had a hard time with because I'm not a huge fan of any of the characters in that one. Except Sansa. Love her a lot.
